Possibly the poorest Ceasar salad in the universe. Brown undressed lettuce, soggy croutons, dry chicken and weirdly a solid fried egg which was like cardboard. Small portion of mediocre food, expensive. Lacklustre and disinterested service. Captive market, to be avoided.

Great place to go if you want to be ignored while staff have a chat and don't acknowledge your existence then walk away from the counter after they see you.

Super long waiting, we got burnt burger meat, trash on the floor, not our favourite place at all. Franchise should have a look and improve.

If your ever at this part of town in this specific joint, ask for the head chef Danial to make your burger, he adds special sauce n makes it extra tasty. But I’m disappointed because I flew all the way from Jamaica look for some juicy mash and creamy meatballs. Otherwise good burgers

Table are very dirty after they just opened in the morning. Music too loud, conversation almost impossible. Food is below average.

As someone who does not like burgers, that burger was amazing. I had the normal one that they offer on a traditional bun and it was so good.

I went on a Friday night so relatively busy but still a great time, the staff were so friendly and I wasn’t expecting it.

We used the online order and it was quick, easy and had no problems when the order came out, perfect place for dinner

Just had the worst experience ordered the HFC burgers for the $5 deal
Got over charged, but eventually got sorted, then only get 1 chips when asked for 2 then there excuse oh it didn't come up on the order
Then I've just got home to finally enjoy the burgers
My burger was not a HFC burger it's some sort of meat one and half of my wifes HFC burger isn't cooked properly
Not happy definitely won't be back

Ordered 3 burgers, bbq bacon cheese, GF Wild West and GF Baa Baa. Found when I got home that the Baa Baa was missing the meat patty.
The 4 stars are for the Manager on at the time, Cathy. She was very apologetic and professional in the manner in which she conducted herself. She is a credit to Whitfords Grilled. If there is a recognition scheme for excellent customer service then I would like to recommend that she is recognised for excellent service.
As a note: it was an extremely busy day, the crew on at the time were doing their best. Mistakes do happen, I understand, as I make mistakes myself and happy to admit it.
Overall, I would recommend Grilled Whitfords, nice juicy burgers.: -)

My goodness I don’t think I have ever seen such a disgustingly dirty restaurant! Everywhere you look, dirt, grime, dust…. The floor, the doors, the walls, the ceiling and the counter top…. I could go on…. Nothing is clean. I’m utterly shocked, god only know how clean the cookers are if the rest of the restaurant looks like this. The management is utterly lazy

Been here a fair bit, overall good experience but when you purchase the 'crispy cheese & bacon', you'd expect more then this

Ordered on doordash, got a sweet potato chips to share for almost $10 which was barely filled over half way, also didn't receive the sweet chill mayo dip we paid for. Waste of money.

Not the greatest customer service by a female in their early 30s. She did not have any patients and was very rude. She was very impatient when scanning our coupon. I have been a regular customer of Grilld and I haven’t experience such a poor service.

Went for dinner, ordered two burgers with a soft egg each. When we received our food not only did we discovered that we did not received a soft egg but also that they had no more forks available. Even the people next to us had to eat their salad with their hands!
I sent the food back as my initial order was for soft eggs.
When we received our food back, only one burger had a soft egg, the other worse than the first time!
Why should we as customers just be satisfied with orders that we pay for but not asked for?

Was here during the week day, prompt service and reasonable food.

Today, long ordering queue delay, told to expect slightly longer delay and then wanted to slap me with an public holiday surcharge. Evidently just wanting to greedily milk the cow for all it's worth.

I decided on fish and chips nearby instead.

Blonde worker, around 5’7 came out to clean a table next to us and gave the biggest dirty look to all of us after we smiled at her, she was also very rude when giving food to my friend, if I could rate her a 0 in customer service I would, re-evaluate your employee choice, what once was my favourite food place I will not be returning
