My girlfriend and I got food poisoning after eating the meat burger there

Properly won’t come back here

I had the kid's chicken burger but i could not finish it. The serving size was too much for me but it was very nice.
My daughter had the Sir Truffle wagyu burger. She liked the grilled wagyu but the cheese they used was too overpowering, she could not thoroughly enjoy the wagyu taste but she finished her burger.

Long wait for food, overpriced for what you get and the chicken burger I had was tough and chewy, no flavour

Came in the other day the food was great although my experience was ruined after witnessing a staff member - a guy that was tall, red hat and black hair swearing at his co-worker in the kitchen. I felt really bad for them because they did make delicious food for me.

Generally fresh food. Just a long wait for take-away as they seem to prioritise food delivery orders.

Great food and vibes always! The quality of the food is next level and the chips are so freakin good! The food comes out so fast as well!

Good and prompt service by staff at the counter.

Wait time for food dining in wasnt too long.

Chips cooked golden and crispy unlike some other Grill'd spots in Perth!

Service was quite kind however more attention could have been out on the order as ingredients were present that were meant to be removed. I felt the chicken bites were better than usual as they were a bit more crispy and fresh. Chips were also far more fresh than usual which was amazing.

Unprofessional staff. They can’t specified on the app about the delivery bag. Very rude girl: (

Customer service is shocking.

Went in on a Sunday night, roughly 2 weeks ago for dinner.
I ordered a Wagyu Wonder - Staff member input the burger incorrectly and I didn't even eat the burger.
My partners burger however was the correct burger (lucky as my partner is a coeliac) however her Simon Says burger was burnt.left feed back and Maree one of the managers called me to talk about the review and how it would be resolved and she offered me 2 burgers to make up for the bad experience which I happily took thinking that would be the end of the issues.

After a week of waiting, decided to call the store and for an update and if they had been loaded onto my relish rewards

Got told that an email would be sent off to get followed up and it should be loaded on to the app preferably on the same day cannot remember the name unfortunately however she was the restaurant manager.

Waited for 1 day and spoke with Maree again as it had yet to be loaded on to my relish rewards and that I had to wait as it was a weekend, the feedback team do not work weekends so I decided to call the following Monday

Called Monday (this was last week) and spoke with Maree again and I asked her if it had been done as again, was not on my relish rewards. Asked Maree if I could please speak to her restaurant manager again to discuss as it is going on far too long, Maree informed me that the venue was relatively busy and so she would pass the message on and I would receive a call back.

Have yet to receive a call back, the burgers have yet to be loaded onto my relish rewards and all I am left with is a sour taste in my mouth due to the negligence of the staff members who were present that night and who tried to assist me. Maree did try to assist however the follow through and promises made it seem as if they do not really care about their customers and the service. As stated before, my partner is a coeliac, had she had received the incorrect order she would have been hospitalized and Grill'd would have been up for it.

I would give the store 0 stars if I could.

Generally pretty good. Really enjoyed my vegan garden goodness burger. Highly recommend that one, even to people who eat meat. You'll be surprised by it.

Great burgers, they donnate to a charity every now and then. When you buy something here you can cast a vote on where the money goes! Very cool.

Love this joint! Probably the best Grill’d I know. The burgers are always on point and I’m always keen when I hear the words “wanna go to Hilary’s Grill’d, mate? ”

Was good one upon a time, but quality seems to be going downhill. Also tried to phone order and they just hang up on you, no hello or anything, didn't even ask to put you on hold.

Waited half an hour for 2 burgers when you only have 4 tables in the store to serve. 4 staff just stood around talking and did nothing. Perhaps the manager might want to keep an eye on them

Went here with my partner and got some take away i got some zuchinni fries and he tried there new healthy chicken bites and i would like to say i was impressed very yummy food the wait was a bit long but its okay they were quite busy but definitely recommend to others.

Not one to normally complain however they did forget the chips share plate. Burgers were as expected.
It's awkward sitting waiting for chips after finishing the burgers. Staff weren't the most helpful. Standing at the counter with limited courtesy. At least one of the chef's asked if I was ok.
Never had any problems at any of the other Grill'd so if this was my first experience, I would not go back.

I go to this location a couple of years. Staff always friendly and helpful, but recently they hired a very rude girl working on Friday evening. She is constantly ruining the hard work of other staff here. Get rid of her.

Went at 10: 30 am to get a burger as it was stated that is when they open, didnt get let in till 10: 50 am which isn't that bad but I just simply said to the girl at the counter that it says they open at 10: 30 and she just smirked at me and said "well we're open now" with a rude tone of voice. Food is good service is horrible

Good consistent with other locations. Run by kids. Very lazy poor service. Never come to the table to "flip the spoon. " A lot of staff just standing around drinking boost juice.
