53Visited here Friday 29/01/2021 7.30pm. Awesome customer service. We ordered take out which was very quick, restaurant was quite busy. Food was great, will definitely be returning.
Easy and ample parking. Spacious indoors and service was excellent. Only complaint would be the location of the bathrooms.and having to walk past some interesting smells!
A really nice looking grill'd and the staff were nice and friendly. Unfortunately they kept having a mix up with the table numbers when I went and everyone working seemed stressed out. But its respectable and a good show of workers being able to work well still under pressure.
Very long wait today. I ordered the food through menulog. I was contacting driver all the time. I don’t really understand why online orders is not priority orders. We are waiting, spending time for delivery, and waiting more time.
Had one of the best experiences here with one of your staff members! The food here tastes fresh but there is no distinct difference from the other restaurants countrywide, other than the exceptional customer service!
Incompetent staff, poor quality food and a dirty restaurant.all at a premium price.
We ordered using the online system, which I highly advise against.

Quality of all our meals was very questionable for the price, especially the waygu, which was horrible.

Great place to dine in with friends and family. Many vegetarian options available my favourite one is Garden Goodness.

Good burgers and they have a low carbohydrate option for their buns. I loved the zucchini fries. Service was excellent and fast. Great place to go when you want something superior to Maccas.
A pleasant surprise to see Grill'd tucked away on the Great Eastern. Our meals were delicious, and the place is spacious and kids friendly.

Very unhappy with the service food was over cooked. The place was very cold. A huge let down from from when it first opened stuffed up order and had to wait for second burger.
Friendly staff. A bit on the pricey side. Burger and small chips $20. Burger was nice but chips were average, lots of tiny off cut sections that just end up being dry when fried.
