Bad staff attitude. They treat delivery driver like a rubbish. Invisible in their eyes. Sorry to say, your job in the restaurant is in customer service scope. Please treat delivery driver as a customer, because they are part of a customer. Cooking in the kitchen is an easy peasy job mate! Greet all people not only people come to dining. Very disappointed.

Ordered via QR code, quick and easy. The food was out fast and the service was great:). Plenty of seating options as well.

Something was amiss, just couldn't put my finger on it. Lots of seasoning on the chips n good filling in the wild wild west Burger

I tried the impossible cheeseburger (I'm vegetarian) and it was the best cheeseburger of my life. My partner and I are going to make a thing of Meatless Mondays by taking advantage of the 2 plant based burgers for the price of 1. Fantastic customer service. Greeted upon entry, approached when eating to see if everything was ok and then thanked when leaving. Great work team!

I am Uber Eats (sometimes other platforms) delivery person. I give 5 stars because there is always one staff come up to me and try to help me upon entry, which is so different from other restaurants like McDonald and Hungry Jack where I got ignored for a long time. I appreciate their attitude. And the food is prepared quickly no need to wait. By the way the food here is quite good when I am a done-in customer. Good work.

Clean and well presented. Good choices and varieties of food for meat eaters, vegetarian and vegan. Pleasant staff.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Burgers are always great tasting. Loved the Heston fable burgers when they had them! Summer sunset is my favourite, tho can't go past the simply grill'd.
They also serve alcohol here: selections of beers, seltzers

It's definitely one of the better burger chains around. Don't stop at Macca's or hjs, go 50 metres up the road to grilld. Great range of burgers, all freshly made with care, not slopped together.

OMG where do I start from, I feel like this is my Second home! The food and staff are like peas in a pod! I think I’m in love with this restaurant Zucchini Fries are my personal favourite here. Well I would recommend this place anytime anywhere. This is where the real deal is! I must mention that the staff here are extremely sweet and watching them work together and taking care of each and every customer is what attracts me to come here over and over again! This will be a long winded post but it needs to be said.

I love Grill'd personally but if you're going to indulge I'd advise you don't do group orders and don't order online for delivery because THEY CAN"T MANAGE IT. It shouldn't even be an available option.

I organize numerous group orders online for work from our local Grill'd at Ascot. Every fortnight or so, several of which have experienced the same issue described ahead.

The last order was 9 burgers which easily exceeded $100. Some were obviously different burgers and easy to tell which ones they were. Others were they same burger with slight differences eg.no cheese (due to allergies and different tastes whatever.) When the order rocked up NOT A SINGLE BURGER WAS LABELLED. This made it very difficult it determine who's order was who's. I rang Grill'd up and was told "we normally label all our burgers"

I decided to give them one more chance. I rang them prior to placing the order to SPECIFICALLY ENSURE THAT THE BURGERS WOULD BE LABELLED. This option is available on their website but not on Uber Eats who I was advised to go through due to a lack of contracted drivers that Grill'd use. I was ensured that yes burgers will be labelled and wouldn't you know it.when the order rocked up. NOT A SINGLE LABEL!

Grill'd, You are incompetent! It's a good thing you clearly don't need my order because I'm not coming back.

Hi went there 1/11/21 walked nice clean restaurant but I noticed a grilled worker seating at a dining table eating KFC the same stuff as what grilled sells I wondered if was because he doesn’t like his own cooking but eventually I sat down and ordered a chicken burger and chips now I know why the guy was eating KFC the chicken burger was the size of a $. 50 piece and the chicken patty inside it was smaller very disappointing for the $24 we pay here and KFC you get it for 12 bucks. I won’t be back to a grilled restaurant again

First time at this particular Grilled and pleasantly surprised. All indoor dining and plenty of tables.
Staff welcoming on arrival and advised us to take a seat anywhere and order up at counter when ready.
Food itself was same as any other Grilled I've been to which is good.
Restaurant was very clean.
Upon leaving we were given a "bye and have a great day from Staff

Haven't had a good meal yet I worked at grilld for a few years and can honestly say if this was my store the quality would not be this poor. I have now been to the store on 4 occasions and the food has been of sub par grilld standards each time from getting my order wrong to poorly cooked chips and half filled sauces. Not sure what training has been implicated but you need to raise your teams standards

My first visit 2 months ago was amazing, the burgers were large and delicious. I picked up some burgers and drinks this past weekend and was so disappointed to find that the meal was really small and it looked as if they cutting back on everything. I realised dining in and taking out gives you two different meals. Really disappointed. I should have taken photos.

Girls who served today at 2: 30 had a rude attitude. How hard is it to be friendly?

Never had any problems with the food, always to a good standard. Location is surprisingly good for being stuck next to a heavy thoroughfare which can get congested. Varus, where are my legions

My fiance and I have been coming to this Grill'd since they opened, while they had a shaky start, they have improved their customer service and attention to detail, ever since. We would like to make a particular mention of one of their floor staff named Kale, he's been an absolute asset to this restaurant, making customers feel welcomed, important and heard. He's also respectful, friendly and knowledgeable:)

Friendly staff and really delicious Burgers with sweet potatoes. We had to wait but it was worth it and staff informed us before we ordered. Car park in front of the door

Honestly the best burgers we have had in a very long time with the best customer service, superb! Thank you guys xx
