Dirtiest place i have ever been in Perth, food was like remnant, awful, took over 20mins but it was not fresh. Idk dont visit there. They found something on the floor. I guess it was cockroach. I was about to vomit

Burgers are always amazing at grill'd however the service and sides could be improved.

Such an amazing restaurant. Workers were so nice (and sexy) despite being underpaid by the corporation

Our go to date night burger place weekly but oh how disappointed we were. Half of restaurant shut off for cleaning. Where we sat at thr only clean table we were surrounded by filth over all other tables which completely killed the whole relaxing vibe. To top it off food was cooked extremely under as we asked for well done and wad served super greasy which we absolutely hate. Very very disappointed with the whole experience as we are regulars and do enjoy the time out from the kids to relax.

Great service. Built me the exact burger that I asked for.
The staff really know their products.
There was a warm greeting from a Staff member when I entered the store.
One serving was incorrect but was quickly and respectfully rectified on request.

This place, I went to for the first time, and I work not far and I'll be back, I had a grilled chillie chicken burger, it was delicious.
They also sell the famous Gin/Sharaz omgoodness. This place was full of people.

I've been here a few times now. The Wild Wild West burger is my all time favourite. Pair it with a ginger beer then it becomes a perfect meal for me. I also like the "order at table" which you can make your order from your phone by scanning thr QR code. It's super convenient and the food came out fast.

Ordered vegetarian burger they served it late (not with rewt of the order) and it was icy cold.

I love Grill'd burgers, especially with the low-carb bun, unfortunately, on this occasion, the buns were a little overdone, no wait, they were burned and inedible, after pointing it out to the employee, I was asked if they should be taken back, no, it's just the way we like our food, burned and inedible.
New burgers were brought with no apologies.

Over rated, hamburgers over priced for there size and drinks on the higher scale of cost. The burger tasted OK and service was good, the food was served relatively fast although it wasn't busy.
We won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Chance by this burger place, wow! The burger smells nice even before entering. The order taking is easy and friendly, the crew are all beautiful guys and gals, busy during dinner, food looks hygiene and they are healthy burger! Low carb buns, healthy meat, YUMMY!
TIPS: its near ingot hotel and besides the cheapest petrol station in perth. Dont miss the wagyu truffle burger!

If you want grilled burgers that slay ascot is the ONLY way to go xx great customer service and the food is perfect every time! The team there deserves the love!

Great food when it comes. The problem was I ordered with a type of bread, which was different, 2. No Chips were processed even though I had asked. So asked for the chips to be, and at the same time about the bread. Results were okay. Just very much a customer service issue.

I ordered the Sir Truffle and this was cooked to perfection, chips were nice and delicious light crispy on the outside!

Picked up take away and the food was amazing. The vegetarian and meat burger options were excellent. Fresh and tasty. We will be back. Quick and efficient service to back this up well done guys.

Just ordered 3 sliders, 2 brie and chick and one classic. The brie and chick had no brie on them so we complained. They rectified it but only on one brie and chick. The second still had no brie.

The reviews aren’t wrong, very slow service. Ordered two salads online, 10 minutes prep time according to their website. Nearly 30 minutes later we finally got our order.

Usually if you’re eating at the restaurant and you want a bacon burger they just don’t include the beef pattie in the ‘crispy bacon’ burger. When ordering on DoorDash it doesn’t give you that option. So I figured I’d just give them a ring after ordering to request the pattie be removed because a) no point wasting it if I’m just going to remove it and b) I get sick from beef and didn’t want any remnants of it on there anyway. When I politely and casually explained to the girl who picked up the phone she asked me to wait, put the phone down without pressing hold and proceeded to tell the manager a butchered version of the story implying I was complaining and wanting a refund cause “DoorDash isn’t working aPpArEnTlY”. All I wanted was the pattie removed lol. The manager picked up the phone and laughed off my comment about using hold cause I overheard the girl’s tone. He said the pattie would be removed and wouldn’t you know, my burger arrived with a nice big pattie right in the middle lol. I’m not a Karen but if it’s that hard to say “don’t put a pattie on that one” to the kitchen at least tell me. I’d give 1 star but I have had great customer service inside the restaurant with the guy at the front counter (not a manager).

Such lovely staff. Very kind people who seemed to genuinely enjoy customer service. The food was delicious as always and came quickly. Only wish there was some music playing:)
