Been going here for over a decade and seen all the different changes etc. Still think the place is fantastic and is my favourite cinema to watch a film at. Only complaint is for the smaller showings of films that aren’t in a MAX screening or have a limited release, there’s no air con? Sat through a couple screenings recently with a handful of people and struggled to make it through the film due to how hot it was in the cinema. Regardless, still 5 stars for me

The staff there are friendly and helpful and there are quite a few munchies to choose from like popcorn, ice creams and chocolate and with a grand card or platinum card you can get all kinds of deals. Unfortunately not everyone likes the munchies there. But the cinemas themselves are amazing. Great place.

I have been trying to get through for about 40 minutes over the phone I have called about 6 times over the past 40 mins and waited on hold for someone to answer for about 17 mins this is ridiculous surely they can’t be held up that much that no one at all can answer, I have never made a complaint in my life but this is mental.

My kid lost his phone in cinema and staff went out of their way to help find it. Jodee and her team are a credit to Grand Cinemas.

My favourite movie place in Perth. Nice staff, great loyalty program, clean, and a variety of cinema types to choose from.

Appears nice and clean, and staff are friendly. However, popcorn was absolutely horrible, pure salt. I do like salty food but even I couldn't eat it neither my boy. Waist of money as two boxes went to the bin.

Stone cold food that had more salt than chips and came out closer to the end of the movie than the start and well after all the drinks.

Gold class was lovely and clean. Staff friendly and willing to help change seats so group could be closer.

Booked tickets in Gold Class for my 21y old son, my 16y old his friend and my 13y, however on arrival they were denied access to the Gold lounge by the duty manager who stated that the Liquor licence had changed and the younger boys couldn't enter without a parent or legal guardian.
On speaking to said duty manager I stated that my 21y old son was their legal guardian but they were still denied access.
This is utterly ridiculous and completely unacceptable. It does not state on the cinema website anything in regards to changes. What is most annoying is that he said they could still have their meal in the Gold lounge but weren't allowed in to watch the movie in Gold Class due to the liquor licence changes. So can eat in the bar area but not go in to the movie? Makes no sense.
I paid for Platinum membership so my Autistic sons could enjoy the movie's without the Stress and Anxiety of being in a room with to many strangers and without me having to be with them all the time.
What a complete waste of money!

Gone down hill. After the renovations a few years ago this cinema was incredible. But since then the quality has massively dropped off. Cinema 7 has a big wrinkle through the middle of the screen. The carpets all now have a horrible smell, similar to joondalup. The staff over charge you for snacks and then they don't know how to refund you when you catch them and instead give you coins.

Grand Card membership system a joke and rip off, should get a year from time of purchase not calendar year we do not go very often we want to watch 2 movies over the next 2 weeks and joining now i'm paying for a years membership that lasts 6 weeks, it gets worse as from jan to june you get a one off free soft drink and popcorn i will now only get free popcorn. Time to re-think Grand cinemas

Always great here. Reasonable prices and fairly modern. Easy parking and lots of restaurants close by if making a date night. Screens and audio very good. Our regular cinema to attend

WHY is the sound so LOUD. Not everybody is stone deaf. Even if you were people would wear hearing aids. Sound so Loud that we had to put our fingers in our ears and came out with headaches anyway.

Goldclass share plate delicious. Services initially slow due to customers all coming in at same time - you get that sometimes.

We enjoy our trips to the cinemas and Currambine is one that we frequently visit as the premisses is easy access lots of parking and close to cafes and Restaurants.
Also if you get there early there are many shops to look through and to meet the needs of the community.
The Staff at the cinema centre like all the shops are Friendly and helpful.like all cinemas now they have pre and after entertainment for Children but it is frustrating when the game machines aren't maintained well and which I think management could request that the suppliers of the games be more on board with the maintenance as something exciting to do whilst waiting for the movies can be very upsetting to the Children.
I appreciate the cinema and staff during what has been a difficult time staying open to keep us movie goers entertained.
At times we have been the only 2
during the day in attendance.
Thank You to the Staff Management and Owners!

We went to the Gold lounge at currambine today for the first time. We had a wonderful experience and this was due to the excellent staff. Our food was delicious and the experience of watching a movie in such a comfortable setting was just wonderful. The staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Thankyou
