A great course run by a passionate and enthusiastic instructor. Highly recommend whether for work, or for coffee lovers wanting to perfect their morning coffee (why I was there!).

I did the barista basics and latte art. It was an extremely enjoyable class with tons of practical experience. Olivier is such an amazing and patient teacher! If you're considering it, just go for it! It's great fun!

While not seeking a job after this training I learnt plenty and enjoyed the morning. The course provides lots of opportunity to practice on commercial grade machines and be guided by a very skilled trainer.

I would 100% highly recommend these courses! Olivier really breaks down everything for you and will take the time to go through what is expected and your weaknesses. If you're serious about barista work then be sure to do all three courses! There is honestly a lot more to coffee than what most people know. I have learnt so much, thanks heaps Olivier:)

I went to the basic learning of the Fremantle barista course taught by Ollie, was such a great class to learn the making of coffee and being shown the basic skills you need. I would highly recommend this class to anyone that wants to learn the basics of coffee by a great teacher, I will be coming back again for sure.

I had no experience at all, and now I feel confident I could talk any employer into giving me a go just because I can rattle off all the knowledge I picked up from Ollie. And because I did all three courses and the Latte art day I got confident at doing flat white milk stretching to the point I could show off on a trial, I'm sure now I can convince an owner that with minimum practice I could be their star Batista, if you are serious then do all three courses and DO NOT waste your money on the accredited Perth Batista course, it is FAR inferior and your future employer will know it!

Amazing, totally worthwhile experience! The instructor, Oli, is really friendly and makes the classes a lot of fun, even though it's hard work.

When you think you know something about coffee then you meet Oli and you find out you know nothing haha. A great teacher, a great passion about coffee, and great facilities offered. Ill be going back to sharpen my skills once ive nailed the basics. Thanks Oli!

I attended Olivier's barista courses this week & was very impressed. Olivier is a ver informative & intuitive trainer who has obviously gained a wealth of knowledge in this area that he transfers to his students in a very practical way within a short timeframe. I will be sending all my future baristas to Olivier & therefore highly recommend his barista courses.

Fremantle Baristas is an excellent barista education workshop. With a small yet organised room, the course content is incredibly practical with a spin of professionalism. Oli brings a charm into the room making this course a productive well thought out exercise.

My 15yo daughter and I did the basics course in October 2017. Me for fun, her to potentially help get a PT job.
Ollie was an excellent tutor - passionate, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Small class size, informal hands-on approach, iterative instruction and constructive feedback. We learnt a lot in a short space of time and Ollie gave great advice about how to enter and work professionally in the industry. This was fun, highly educational and great value for money. Highly recommended.
