Fremantle Baristas course was excellent! The training was easy to follow and it was hands on so you got to experience making coffees and the trainer was always guiding you through the training from start to finish.

One of the most valuable things that I learned from you was how to choose the best coffee beans. You taught us about different roasts, origin, and flavor profiles. This was invaluable in helping me to understand how to make great tasting coffee.

I also appreciate how you tackled most of the basics, from how to use different types of coffee machines to texturing milk. I was really impressed by the variety of coffee types that we covered, from simple to advanced ones. Your passion for the art of barista is truly inspiring and helped me to develop my skills and confidence.

Moreover, I was grateful for the additional tips and tricks that you provided to help us get better at our job.

In conclusion, your training has undoubtedly been one of the most valuable experience.

I really recommend doing the training with Olivier. He explains very well and we could do a lot of practise! Latte Art is about that.

My teen daughter and I spent a great day with Olie learning the basics of making a great cup of coffee and some extra skills on latte art for fun.
Olie is a generous tutor, sharing his experience and skills with everyone in the class.

Our 15 year old son attended the basic course. He really enjoyed the training and the class turned out to be one on one. Most places would have cancelled the class, but Ollie went ahead with the confirmed class. Amazing value and great experience. Thank you.
