It was a pleasure to meet Olivier today and learn from his wealth of experience with all things coffee. Gained so much knowledge in a relatively short time and feel confident on completion of the course. Good class teach for good basic things need to know about start to be good barista in work or good coffee maker in home. Before i just think different name of coffee when people buy it comes from different coffee bean but now i know it from same bean but different from how to make it. And i know more from this class how to make a good coffee not just only make a coffee. Thank you so much.

If you work in hospo and are looking to gain barista skills, I highly recommend the "ready-to-work" training package, which includes barista basics + latte art + advanced courses. To satisfy coffee curious, barista basics and latte art are a great start too.
Olivier shares his best do/don't pro tips with a great sense of humor. Most importantly, he's an excellent teacher. Thanks to his high attention to details and patience, you will quickly understand what you do wrong and how you can improve your moves by the end of the course.
On top of that, his 'geeky' (as he says) love for great coffee is very inspiring.
So you definitely have all the key elements to learn a lot.and to have good fun!

Amazing place if you want to learn about coffee with a great teacher then this is the place Oliver is a very experienced guy, he will teach you everything you need about coffee in real life. I would definitely recommend these awesome courses to anyone who's really interested about coffee industry.

Went in today to do my Barista course at Fremantle Baristas! My first time making coffees and it was a blast and an awesome experience! The owner and the man leading us through the course was Oliver, he was an awesome guy and you could tell that he really knew what he was doing! He would always compliment your work if it was done good and give you feedback if your coffee was less then average! He spoke his examples from his personal experiences being in the industry for a long time! Overall it was a great experience and if you’r thinking about doing a barista course Fremantle Barista is the place to go!

Ollie and his colleagues are amazing. Simple and easy to book with, the day was relaxed and fun. There’s so many opportunities to have hands on experience. Ollie has so much experience and information. Would absolutely recommend.

Super enjoyable. Highly reccomend it for a fun, gratifying experience along with a much greater understanding of coffee and its relevant skills. I stressed about it a bit but rest assured you're in good hands and in for a good time.

Great experience! I attended both the barista basics and the latte art courses and it was well worth it. Being taught in small classes (8 people in the basics course, 4 in latte art) gave us a lot of hands on practicing time on the coffee machines and Olivier took his time to show us lots of interesting skills one on one. Being very patient and enthusiastic he created an fun and enjoyable learning athmosphere.
Thank you so much for the great day, I can't wait to pour my first Cup at home!

Many times it is strange to see how a person who teaches every day the same thing still has patience and willingness to teach. I think that is because he does what he loves and that is the description of Olivier.
Even if you have absolutely no experience he will guide you and you will leave with the basic knowledge, and even better if you take the other courses.
I recommend this place for coffee lovers or for those who are looking for work in the field.
