Great organisation to complete study. Online portal is really easy to use and course work is relevant and up-to-date and sets you up well to complete your placement. My placement school was very impressed with my level of knowledge. Would definitely recommend to others.

I found the course so valuable I now currently work in a highschool and everything I learnt has proven useful to me.

I did this course during the start of covid in 2019. I did it all online and it worked well for me. The course was good and manageable, the work placement was bit hard, this took awhile to complete due to the early stages of lock downs in WA. But eventual manage to get it done with some help from their student liaison officer that deals with school prac- placement. Thank you FTTA (iTac).

I cannot thank you enough. My time as your student was such and enjoyable, informative experience. The level of help, tips and support I received during my studies I will forever be grateful for. I am now an LSO at the school I did my 100 practical hours and am loving it.

I had a wonderful experience at Ftta and strongly recommend everyone this place to start their new carrier. Also, the trainers are so helpful and any doubts could be discussed with them at anytime.

I do not recommend FTTA. I unfortunately did not have a good experience. I did the combo education assistant course online. I found communication was very poor and did not get the help that I needed nor were my queries answered. My trainer went away but was not advised of this, only had her phone number but not her email address and was uncontactable. Was sent the wrong assessment plan then was told that a new updated version was sent to me but there was nothing in my inbox to verify this, I had kept every email from them. Questions / assessment are very vague, reading material is riddled with spelling mistakes. Was not notified of an extra unit and extra workplace scenarios until 2 weeks before finishing my course, it only came up as I was confirming with them that everything had been completed. When you work and have a family to take care of 2 weeks is not long enough and very stressful. Was notified that I only had to do a literacy activity for my workplace assessment but found out on the day that once again they sent the wrong email and that I had to do a numeracy activity as well. The already busy class teacher was not impressed either. I strongly recommend not going through FTTA.

Adam and Rhiannon run a very professional business that helps heaps of people get qualified for education support courses. They have a great track record. It is also very easy to find them, being near the train station, and the staff are accommodating.

Good quality, reputable Training provider for all future teachers and trainers. Highly recommended. Great IT infrastructure to manage the student/institute relationships.
