I opted to do the course in person. Best decision as I had the most wonderful, knowledgeable, inspiring teacher in Tammy. She was very supportive and encouraging. I loved the course and the skills I gained but also the friendships from being in the class.

I had a wonderful time with ITAC and completed both cert III and cert IV with ITAC (combo). I did my course online to accommodate my work and family commitments. I loved that ITAC catered to all learning styles- I was able to listen to the chapters as they provided recordings of each chapter alongside pdfs of each chapter. The combo unit was very well organised and the information wasn't presented in a convoluted way. They provided me with a lot of support before and after my work placement. My work placement supervisor was very impressed with my knowledge and work. After completing my course, I immediately found work and was offered a contract. Very thankful for my experience with ITAC and I highly recommend it to anyone considering doing either certificate in Education Support (I especially recommend the combo).

I had the best experience at ITAC! My instructor Tammy was welcoming and made us comfortable from day 1, we had a great class together for the 10 weeks. Tammy was always there to help and support, she made the classes fun, interactive and ensured everyone understood without making you feel like a bother.
Highly recommend to sit in class for the 10 weeks it’s a great help and gives a perfect view of what being a TA is all about.

From my first inquiry to completion- it was a wonderful experience. I completed the online Combo course and staff were always supportive, friendly and available. The webinars' each week were great and very informative. Adam Green was encouraging, and his books are available for you to download. I bought all 3, as hard copies, for ease of reading and having the information on hand. I had no difficulty navigating the portal and all the information is easily clear and accessible. ITAC provide you with so much information and all the staff support you to succeed.

I have just completed my Duel Certificate in Education Support. I could not be happier with the reasources avaliable and level of support that I received while completing this course. The trainers where always avalible when I needed clarfication with any questions The reception staff always polite and willing to help in any way they could with all my questions. I did a lot of reasearch before I committed to ITAC to be the provider for my course and could definatly recommend them, the webisite is easy to navigate with lots of relevent up to date information.

The course is well structured and easy to follow outside of my working hours. The online portal includes everything you need for the course. I was very happy with outcome as I got a job offer just after I finished the placement.
