My experience completing Certificate IV School Based Education was great!
Adam (CEO) and his team at ITAC where very supportive. If I had any questions I was transferred to a lecturer who could assist. I was regularly contacted about free training session to support my learning journey. I found there was plenty of resources for me access to help complete my assessments. The whole interface was a good user experience.
I was nervous about being observed on work placement.however I was quickly put to ease once I met my visiting assessor.
If you are thinking about any studies.give ITAC a call. I know they will help.

Studying with ITAC was a great experience. The portal is absolutely filled with great resources to not only assist in the assignments, but also to dive deeper into any topics you would like to know more about. I studied completely online and found great use and community of the Facebook group. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get into the teaching aid system!

I really enjoyed doing the course through ITAC. Being a mature aged student I was worried about whether I could do it but there is so much support from your trainers (thank you Kylie) and fantastic resources and tutorials, it all made learning enjoyable and much easier than I thought it’d be.
I’d recommend ITAC to anyone considering a career as a teachers aide.

I really enjoyed this course. Melanie Paton our trainer in class was really good with explaining all the topics and assessment requirements and making sure we all had a clear understanding. I would definitely recommend Itac to anyone wanting to complete a teachers aide course.

The ability to learn online and at my own pace was excellent. The online portal was easy to use, and the online webinars are fantastic!

It was daunting starting the Combo course at ITAC. But, after the first virtual class, I felt at peace. I loved how the classes progressed from being assisted greatly with completing your assessments to only guidelines in the later assessments. I could feel growth. Joy is very knowledgeable and she loves sharing her experiences.
I was always able to ask for help. Whether it be with my assessments or when life just happened. Everyone at ITAC was approachable, friendly and helpful. At my prac assessment, Tammy was lovely. She made me feel calm and because of her friendly and enduring nature, I felt comfortable and could really just focus on doing my best.
I loved that my assessments got marked quickly. The remarks were always positive and encouraging. I really enjoyed the course content. I would recommend ITAC to anyone.

While studying with ITAC I lost my job which was a hard point in my life however they were happy for me to put my course on hold until I could return to doing it, they also helped me with any questions I couldn't understand.

Studying at ITAC was one of the best things I've done for myself & my future. The trainers are amazing & support you every step of the way. The portal is super easy to navigate and the course is structured in a great format so you aren't too overwhelmed at the amount of work you need to complete. Definitely recommend this course to anyone that is thinking of studying education support!

I was able to complete my placement with another ITAC student and a former student supervising me when my regular supervisor couldn't which goes to show how one school values the students from this course.

Those are planing do in education support, I’ll highly recommend them go through ITAC it was my best experience. All educators are very helpful but kaylie took my assessment and she is very supportive person she guided me. Managing all online or face to face it’s not easy and all instituted staff also taking that much effort I learnt so many new things with this course thank you ITAC instituted.

I absolutely loved my time with ITAC. Highly recommend their Teacher's aide combo course. The trainers are so helpful, all necessary resources are available, highly responsive to any queries a student may have, really easy to enrol and the portal has everything you need. I recieved my certificate real quick although I live in NT and it's always slow to recieve anything. You can choose ITAC without any hesitation.

Personally openiion.enjoyed my studies with ITAC. Very helpful trainers and friendly team.
I encourage you to go with ITAC if you have a plan to do an EA course in future.

I really enjoyed my online study with ITAC. Their resources are excellent and I found the webinars very informative. Assessments were marked and returned quickly. My numerous questions were also answered promptly. Overall it was a really good experience.

I found the ITAC professionals amazing to deal with and the course content was very easy to follow and kept me interested the whole time. I really like the cluster webinars made by Adam as they were fun and interesting (not dragged out and boring).

I highly recommend this course as I had a ‘can’t do’ attitude beforehand.

The materials provided are simple, easy to follow and very useful. The content is well organised and focused on practical situations. The course is good structure, excellent instructor, good material, very well presented and put together.

I highly recommend ITAC to anyone who is planning to become an Education Assistant/Teacher Aide. I was scared about going back to study after so many years but my concerns were alleviated and my questions always answered promptly. I certainly felt supported throughout. I chose to do the course online, to fit in around my busy life, and was worried that I would feel isolated doing it this way and that I might lose motivation but the weekly webinars kept me on track and were very interesting and informative. I feel that what was covered really helped set me up well for my work placement. I have now started doing relief work and my confidence is growing every day.

ITAC was extremely friendly and always willing to help in anyway they could if the need arose. They were only a phone call away. Access to the online portal was great with the ease of a self-paced course suiting my needs especially through the uncertainty of Covid interruptions.
