Essential Beauty Perth (Carillon City)

Visiting from interstate and usually go to my local essential beauty. I was delighted to discover they were here too. I was early but they were ready. Fast and efficient service. Thanks.

Wonderful! I popped in with my daughters to get their ears pierced for the first time. Eden was so good with the girls and explained everything to us perfectly, which put them at ease. Piercings came out great and we did all the aftercare steps as we were told:) thanks guys we will be back soon, the girls said thanks for the Freddo! Hehe

I got a second piercing on both of my lobes, j think izy pierced it and it was very professional and I haven't gotten an infection yet so that's good.

It's always such a pleasure to come here and have a professional job done exactly how I want it to be done!

The worst wax I've ever had. NO professional salon should EVER strip wax a Brazilian. So very unhappy. Missed so much hair. NEVER going back.

Wasn't sure what to expect from their carillion city store but I went in as a walk in to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and had a fantastic experience.

They have a special on lash tinting and eyebrow waxing this month, along with a first time customer $10 off special. I saved a lot of money and left looking great.

The lady who served me was totally fabulous and really kind and funny. 10 out of 10.

Wonderful service and delightful staff! They managed to fit me in at the last moment before I was due to go on holiday, treated myself to some waxing and a micro dermabrasion, I was looked after by Karen & Izzy and I'm already booked in for a few other things (treating myself, yay!) Great service from the ladies here! They were very patient and took their time whilst removing my horrendous lash extensions, not thinking to rush the job which is very professional! Eyelash lift and tint was great too, all in all great salon

Came for full leg and bikini. Was charged for it. However only got full leg. The worst waking ever and been having waxing for over 20 yrs. Lots of patches. Lady didnt check didnt use tweezers didnt leave the room for privacy when i needed ro change. I emailed with my conerns but noone reponded. Will not be going back.

I will not trust anyone other than Kelly to do my waxing! She is the reason I go to Essential Beauty Carillon! After being given a day spa voucher for a different place and having a horrible experience, i find myself returning to Kelly for my waxing needs. Efficient, thorough, friendly and professional, I won't go anywhere else for my waxing from now on!

I’ve been getting bikini/Brazilian waxes for 6 years almost every month and this was by far my worst experience ever. I believe the woman’s name was Isy and she was incredibly aggressive- took absolutely no care in my comfort. Will not be returning.

Also to note, I’ve never been inclined to make an online review before. That was how poor the service was.

I got my helix pierced there. Even though I followed the aftercare instructions, I got an infection.
