Staff were not welcoming and helpful, very rude and rushed to make a decision. Got piercing for the first time and it was put in wonky, and in the wrong spot. Would not recommend this company very rude and unprofessional.

Preet did such an amazing job. Initially came for a Brazilian wax but then added on an underarm wax & eyebrow threading and Preet was happy to do all three.
Welcomed me with a smile and she took her time with it all and I didn’t feel rushed out the door, unlike others I have been to.
Will be back to visit her!

Unfortunately, I wouldn't get my piercing done here again. I asked over the phone, if they can check my piercing. I was told yes and that they will even remove it, if needed. So I drove there today. I was told, that nobody qualified is there to do it. I was told to come anytime. Boss said over the phone that they can't actually do it at all. So, why telling me otherwise? No refund. Not even some part to cover the cost at GP to remove it, who needs to check first, so not sure what's going to happen. $22 for one hour parking and nearly 2 hours of my time for nothing. Very professional.

I visited Essential Beauty for ear piercing and it was clean and very professional. I found the staff efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was pleasant and I will visit again.

After receiving really poor service at Off Ya Tree, we went to Essential Beauty where we were greeted and treated with kindness and respect. My daughter and step daughter both got piercings and bought jewellery too. Thank you so much. We couldn't be happier! And we will be back:)

Disgusting costumer service.was not impressed at all with the lady.so rude to minors who want to get pierced, only respectful to those over the age of 20.

I can't be happier with the outcome of the microblading treatment for my eyebrows. You can feel the knowledge, and confidence in the beauty therapists here. Best place so far to get a good job done! Don't hesitate and ask for Shwey she is absolutely lovely and professional.

I'm a regular customer to this business and have always found the Ladies to be professional and highly efficient nature. A fantastic salon where customers are treated very well with plenty of laughter.

In response to Charlottes poor review below I can only assume that she is a minor (as stated) and likely wanted a piercing that required an adult signature/supervision if under age. If that is the case than even more stars for the Essential Beauty team for having a high regard for customer service and the law.

A bad review that actually points out how strict the business is with following protocols and I highly doubt the staff were rude in any way, more so it seems the individual/s was angry for not receiving what she wanted, when she wanted.
I'm sure if the individual returned with a parent the piercing she requested could be carried out. So, in other words don't listen to a upset minor venting for not getting what she wanted. Her words are the complete opposite of the team and business.

I visited Essential Beauty and had a painless brazillian wax from Sue & the first eyelash tint ever which did not sting. A hidden gem in the City, I'll be a return client for sure!

Went in for a nostril piercing as the original place we wanted to go was fully booked.
Piercing act itself was fine, however was only told after that the aftercare solution was out of stock. So we were charged for it in the fee but never received it. Was told to just go to the chemist and they will sell it to you and tell you how to care for it. No aftercare instructions were given. Also paid $18 more for titanium jewellery but honestly don't know if that's what I got as I was never shown the jewellery.

Terrible experience 6/3/20 the girl was so rude and unhelpful, she had to do the piercing twice too and was so disrespectful when asked questions! Do not go to this girl!
