Shwe is amazing! I’ve been going to her for 3 years now and I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows.

I usually see Shwe for my brazilian wax, but she's not available on weekends. A younger therapist attended to me and she cut me with scissors. I'm sure she was aware of it, but kept quiet. I was bleeding afterwards, and now I know why it was so painful after that area was waxed. Using tweezers in certain areas is not recommended please as it's painful. It took longer than expected and honestly, I felt like leaving right after the first strip was pulled off. Mind you, I chose the sensitive hot wax and the whole process was painful, I did not feel at ease.

Thank you so much to Kerry and Kasey for looking after me on Saturday, I was so nervous and they both made me feel really comfortable. Thanks again I will be back.

Shwe is awesome! I always go here for my Henna brows with brow shape. It’s been more than a year since my first appointment with her and all i can say is she always do her job very good and neat. And she will always make sure that you will always feel comfortable. I highly recommend her and this branch because they’re all friendly and neat?

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst waxing experience ever. It only took 7 mins for a Brazilian wax which was so painful and left me bleeding. I don’t know if the technician is not trained or not but it tells a lot. Not only that she does not care for the customer and did a rushed job. Leaving me to clean up after myself. I left with stickiness all over and it was so uncomfortable. I’ve been to many places before and this is by far the worst experience so far. Highly NOT recommend this place.

I would not recommend this place at all. When I saw like 45 minutes for full leg and the Xxx Brazilian I thought it might have been a typo. It was not. There was sooo many patches missed on my legs and private area… like it was so bad I had to get my sister to redo the Brazilian because there was a large patch left.even my sister was shocked at the poor quality job. Stay away! It wasn’t little patches either I had to redo my own legs. Pay the little bit extra and go somewhere else

I don't mind people coming here for ear piercings. First of all, the staff is very unprofessional, and their attitude is very loose even though they have been informed of the appointment. There will be additional charges, but you don't ask them and they don't tell you. Secondly, the technique was very bad. I had an ear piercing at Lovisa before and it didn't hurt at all but this time it was very painful. I will give feedback to the company.

Highly recommend getting a wax by Preet, she did an amazing wax today! Excellent service, very professional. She is very skilled in beauty therapy:)
