Essential Beauty Midland Gate

My mum and myself had a nose and ear piercing done here this morning by Jordan.
She was extremely friendly, funny and kind.
My mum has a phobia of pain and needles and although the nose piercing hurt (normal) Jordan made it such a comfortable and fun experience.
We left super happy and pleased with not only the quality and precision of the piercings but also the warmth of the service.

SPRAY TAN.
I’m a middle aged man and just wanted a sun kissed look for a weekend at the Crown Towers.the girls squeezed me in last minute and were very professional but in a very welcoming and friendly way. My tan was applied efficiently & with professionalism and I was very happy with my final result. I feel fabulous ️

Went in today because I wanted to get a piercing done. Walked up and there were a few people in front of me and one person waiting behind me; at no point did either of the staff members acknowledge that myself or the lady behind me were even there.
I stood in line at the shop for 15mins and they acted like I didn't even exist.
I work in the beauty industry and it is not hard to say a quick "sorry to keep you waiting, we will be 5 mins".
The two girls there were very unprofessional; if they can't even demonstrate decent customer service then I won't be trusting them to do my piercing.

Great experience! Maria was absolutely lovely and patient, she took her time with me, making sure my piercing was perfect. Would 100% recommend.

Very helpful and efficient service, however their website quoted $75 for the service when it actually cost $100. Their excuse was that the site was out of date - not good enough. [Edit: To the credit of the business have been contacted and pricing issue resolved]

Maria (h) was amazing! Talked me through aftercare and during the piercing process. Overall an amazing experience.

Had a spray tan done by Jordan a few weeks ago, very nice and professional definitely recommend essential beauty midland:) have also had many piercings from here too and have had no issues. Staff are always accommodating.

I had my outer conch changed after 6 weeks the gentleman who served me was very professional and gentle

It is a great place and i recommend their place, i’ve been there twice to get my nose pierced and then again to get it repierced (was my own fault) they were very nice and helpful and even put the price down when i got it repierced because i had the piercing so we just had to pay for it to be pierced again.will definitely be going back there

I have now had 4 separate piercing at essential beauty midland gate and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Have also had plenty of waxing done too.
Always So polite, professional and lovely.
I had my tongue pierced today and my body decided that being faint was the way to go on, not only was I able to lie down until I felt better but the amazing lady who did my piercing spent her own money to get me a coke to help me feel better.
If that isn’t care for your client I don’t know what is.
10/10 recommend.

Went in for an eye brawl wax, wasn't even and not thinned or shapped nicely barely anything removed and got more tweezerd than waxed for hairs I think weren't even there uncomfortable and hurt from constant tweezers and not good quality sorry ladies

They were a bit late with my appointment but made up for it and customer service was friendly will certainly go back

Normally good, I am a regular customer. But today I was charged for a 30 minute micro ($70) when it actually only took 20 minutes due to the staff member showing someone else "something" in the room at my exact appt time. I was there 20 minutes before our time. Made our arrival known and then waited. We didn't get in until 10 minutes after our appt. But was then out at half past. (20 minutes). Staff are not experienced enough on a sunday to watch the time to give a 30 minute treatment? The last few visits I have found the newer staff are not as good as what has been employed there. Not happy today. My advice, don't go on a sunday.

Nice staff, some services they provide are good and I am a repeat customer. I do not recommended tongue piercings here as I have had to remove mine after consultation with two other specialised piercing establishments.

Couldn’t recommend it high enough. Had 3 kids getting ears pierced and Melissa took the time to explain process with each child and took the time to calm the ones who got upset before doing anything. Will definitely be going back there

Sorry i cannot recommend this place for waxing. I had a full leg wax done here but i was very dissapointed. When getting waxed, i could see straight away, the lady lacked experience, it was not done properley as all my hairs snapped when she was pulling strips off, plus a few days later my hairs all started to grow out again, i was so dissapointed i just walked out and didnt complain, the young girl was nice though

Navel pierced. Great customer service! Was nervous but the staff looked after me and made sure I was ok. Easy procedure. Will definitely be going to them again! So happy with the result!
