I got a tongue piercing done here on sunday the 6th and i had such great customer service i have been coming to this store for a long time and not once have i left disapointed. Staff r friendly a clean and sanitary environment it was a great experience for me and i will definitely be returning when ever i want another piercing:)

Keira did a face wax for me today - lip, chin and side burns lol. She was fast and efficient as well as very friendly. She has attention to detail and I don’t have to go home and pluck the left overs with the my tweezers! The salon at Midland is clean, bright and comfortable. I will definitely use them again!

Maria completed a piercing for me today in my ear. This is the second one she has done. She was so good the first time I came back again! She is very professional and discussed appropriate placing and jewellery for my needs. She gave me a thorough run down of after care and what would happen during the procedure. She was fast and guided me through when she actually pierced me. I will definitely go back again.

Maria was so amazing with the Piercing and I love the attention to detail making sure it would sit right and making sure it was straight! An amazing woman that is amazing at her job. If I ever need anymore piercings I’ll be going to her only!

I had a half leg wax by Hannah tin Midland, this morning and she was so friendly and kind, she did an amazing job and we had a really nice conversation.i 100% recommend.

Booked and paid for a nose ring piercing.the first ring would not close so they tried putting in a new one, that did not work, so they re-pierced the hole, the new ring wouldn’t close either, turns out they put the first one back in, they tried again to get the new one back in again but it would not go in. Offered a credit as they couldn’t authorise a refund. I requested a refund and a new piercing but I would pay for the ring. But they would not do it even after all my wasted time and pain I suffered. Now I have to waste more time to go back and get a refund. Please avoid. 16/11/21 Update the manager now will not authorise a refund in store. I have to give bank details, paid in cash. The franchise is a joke.

I had a helix piercing done there 2 years ago and it never felt right, it never 100% healed (yes I performed aftercare). I just went to get my jewellery changed over at a different store and the person doing the change over was shocked at how bad this piercing is. They recommended due to heavy scaring and the angle of the it, to have the piercing removed. I will never go back there. Please stop offering services which the staff can not perform!

Had 2 piecings done by a trainee she did a great job. I will be back for more. Thanks guys great job!
