Essential Beauty Innaloo

Extremely poor quality wax job. Normally most beauticians will use a combination of techniques, and not solely use strip wax, particularly in sensitive areas. Patches of hair were left behind all over. Really unimpressed and I will not be returning. Very painful!

My experiences at Innaloo have all been wonderful and I always leave there feeling a million dollars. I see Tracy for my brows and peels and her work is always impeccable and so consistent - I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had my daughter's ears done, good service up front on the day. We had it done on the Saturday knowing that they'd be open on the Sunday (according to their website and own voice mail message) should anything happen with the piercings. Unfortunately one earring came out over night and we couldn't get it back in and it seems no body showed up to work today and the store remained closed and the phone unanswered.

So yeah, the initial appointment was fine, but I wouldn't recommend them should you expect any follow up support / service.

Went in for a Brazilian wax. OMG what a terrible experience. The woman that did the job was cold (no greeting, no asking questions, no nothing). She just came and did it. She was rough, and the wax was really hot. I had Brazilian wax before and I know at times it could be painful - but not like this. My area was red and hot for days. It felt so tender and burnt. Either low quality wax or the woman made it TOO hot.
