Essential Beauty Innaloo

I have followed Maddy from salon to salon for the past few years and I would never see anybody else. The way she greets her clients and interacts makes you feel like you’re in a 5 star salon. She always makes me feel so welcome and comfortable and shows great attention to detail in every appointment I have. Aside from being the most polite and friendly young lady, she is so full of knowledge and has helped me with many concerns. Essential beauty is lucky to have such a professional, lovely therapist working for them. I highly recommend Essential Beauty in Innaloo

Simply went here to buy a nose ring not long after piercing my nose at another essential beauty. I had no idea of what size I needed and the size I was recommended was way too big for me when I tried it on. I was told I would need to buy a new ring as they of course can't be returned.
Edit: Sent an email to the store weeks ago after they replied to my review and still no response.

Staff were lovely! Very hygienic, quick and efficient. Will be going back!
Had my 7 year olds ears done for her birthday, they had it done within five seconds, no pain, made her feel very special with a cute little teddy bear and certificate.

Very over-priced and quality of service is not good. The lady who put in my nose ring did not put it in properly and my nose piercing is closed half0way through now. Absolutely do not recommend getting a $120 piercing just for it to be infected and closed later. Extremely disappointed.

I came here to get my brows for the first time since match and I believe I was served by Liv, not sure tho. She was amazing and friendly. Excellent service

I went in for an eyebrow wax just to tidy them up, and the lady that did them for me left scratches all under my eyebrow and I had spots of blood where she had 'plucked' my eyebrows.really disappointed with that and I won't be coming back.

Went in and got a few piercings done and all the staff were rude and just not inviting at all! Didn’t really feel like I was wanted there at all honestly felt like it was a hassle for them to do anything for me! Would never go again for the price u are paying I would explain lot better customer service and friendly staff but in this case I didn’t at all not happy about it at all! Wish I could get my money back and go somewhere else would never go again and would tell people to avoid this place at all cost!

Extremely professional and clean salon. Definitely recommend. Savannah has been my beauty therapist for my waxing and eyebrows for 4 years and she is amazing at what she does.

Last time I was in, the girls gave me a free skin analysis and we ended up having a relaxing facial which really improved my skin.

Don't recommend this place. Its dirty, towels smell like stale cigarettes, staff are not presentable nor are they professional. Had arm and back "wax" but more like a shave since hairs weren't even pulled out of root, just cut.lazy lazy service, taking no care what so ever. Walked away with patches of hair on my arms and back and $100 short.

Disgusting customer service, girls used to be gorgeous here but when the new owner or manager took over it’s gone downhill. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them, stay far far away from that place.

Took my baby girl for piercing. It was a pleasant experience. Healed well. I just did not know documentation was required make sure not to take someone elses' child.

What can i say, other than appalling and lazy customer service skills. After booking an appointment for a simple procedure only to arrive and be told the only person that would do the piercing went home sick and she didn’t have the initiative for a simple courtesy call to tell me not to drive the 30 minutes to be turned away without an apology.or a follow up appointment or ANY effort to use her own initiative to offer other options. NEVER go here.the receptionist was too busy talking to her friend instead of helping customers.waste of time and effort.

I had my nose pierced here a few weeks ago. The lady that pierced my nose was amazing! Really happy with her standard and quality of service. She made me an appointment to go back in a few weeks to check the piercing and possibly change the jewellery if it was ready. Which is what prompted my return visit today.
I reported to the counter and advised who i was and that I had an appointment at 12. The lady asked what the appointment was for and I explained I'd had my nose pierced a couple of weeks ago and that I thought it was 3 weeks ago last Monday. She said the appointment was probably just to check how it was healing and that they did that after a couple of weeks. She didn't invite me to sit or to a consult room or anything so I just pushed up my nose like miss piggy to show her.
I told her I was interested in jewellery and that I had been looking online (at a different retailer who had a large selection) she basically started trash talking the other retailer and saying how they'd had to fix up a bunch of their piercing mistakes. She warned me about the quality of metal etc which is fair enough. But there really wasn't any need to speak about another retailer like she did, particularly when we're not discussing the actual piercing, just the jewellery. At no point did she offer to show me any of the jewellery that they had in store that I could purchase. I basically left wondering why I needed an appointment for a 2 minute chat in reception in front of other customers and she missed a great opportunity to sell me stuff as I was saying I wanted jewellery. Just generally a "meh" experience.

Ripped me off for over $250, claiming that deposit I've left for IPL was under previous management and I can't get it back! How ridiculous.
Other than that, standard service - nothing special. Few girls very friendly and professional, others, well.less. Even though I had booked appointments at set hour, sometimes had to wait for 15-30 minutes (to get my 5 minute service).
NOT RECOMMENDED.

There was a lady I spoken at the reception area todat. Chubby and blonde. She has a terrible service, very sarcastic and rude. I have no agains't with essential beauty because I always do my service with them but not in Innaloo again.
