Essential Beauty Innaloo

Decided on some piercing today and used the 50% trainee option. The young woman was nervous but her senior was so patient, supportive, and reasuring which was the highlight of my experience. So would thoroughly recomend this shop to ANYONE.
Thank you girls i literally walked smiling and totally satisfied.

I went to Essential Beauty Innaloo to get my second earlobe piercing. I was nervous because I am scared of needles. Laura looked after me. She was so calm and reassuring. It made all the difference! I am so happy I followed through and got it done - it barely hurt!

After my brows were a little botched from somewhere else.
I wanted to put this review because I know how hard it is to find someone who is truly good at shaping brows, especially when you don't have a brilliant canvas like me to begin with.
I had Meegan who helped to fade the stain and reshape them into something more even. I'm very glad that I found her and that she was able to help. She has an amazing eye and I look forward to seeing her from now on for my eyebrows

I went in for a Brazilian and Laura was very thorough and professional. She was also very sweet throughout the process.

I've visited Essential beauty twice while over here on holiday both times have been a truly fantastic experience I didn't catch the staffs name that I saw both times but it was a very pleasant experience. Today the 12/6/23 I went in for another piercing change and again a fantastic experience.

The ear piercing lady was lovely. I explained how my ears got botched the first time I had them pierced (at a different store) and she was very understanding. She then went out of her way to do a perfect job of my ears the piercing fits perfectly with my small ears

Very disappointed with my experience today. I came in to get a helix done & not only did i feel rushed, as my ears were getting pierced she accidentally cut the upper part of my ear. She did not mention this at all and as i went to the bathroom to check my ear after all i saw was blood.iv been to essential beauty in other stores in the past & i have never had something bad to say. We also weren't given the option to pick our jewlerry.at other essential beautys let you pick (for helix as well) very upset. Not only did she cut me she wasnt very friendly to me or my friend.whole experience was rushed & not nice i do not recommend.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I began seeing Bec B.from Innaloo as a first timer for IPL on the lip, chin, underarms & xxx. She is always thorough, professional let so laid back you feel like you’ve known her for years. I’ll never go back to shaving Very gentle on my skin, talked me thru the whole treatment and walked me thru the IPL process. Her service is second to none, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her knowledge on skin treatment and helpful products is also better than anywhere I’ve been. Her person centered approach is about your own skin being healthy and radiant not what products you need to buy! Bec B is an asset to Essential Beauty Innaloo, thanks Bec:)

I came in to have assistance in putting in a piercing for my already pierced nose but it was sealed slightky on the inside so she poked it woth needle and charged me the whole amoubt of a new fresh piercing and then my eyebrows there was still hair that hadnt been plucked, so rushed

I recently had my second lobes pierced at karrinyup and had to take out my piercing when I got home because they were not even. After about a week they had closed up and I went to innaloo to get them redone, the customer service was great and the lady's were very friendly. I got my piercing done and the lady who did it was very kind and professional, she made me feel very comfortable and she did a fantastic job of piercing my lobes, and even talked to me throughout the service which made it less painful!
Just wish it wasn't so expensive is all, other then that, absolutely fantastic!

Kristina did a fantastic job on my brow tint and full face wax, her attention to detail is second to none and she’s a lovely friendly person too. A credit to your establishment.

Very rude customer service. The person who did my piercing was too rough and harsh causing too much pain and discomfort. I had similar piercing previously and never have I ever experienced such pain and roughness. Not recommending at all.

Essential Beauty Inaloo are the best they do a fabulous job and are very professional. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone top notch service. The lady who waxed me was very friendly and did a top notch job the best place for any beauty therapies.

I started going to Essential Beauty Innaloo a few weeks ago, all of the girls there are lovely. I've been to see Kris twice now, she does my eyebrow waxing and tint. Each time I've left with them looking amazing. She's friendly and professional, will keep on coming back

I came in to get my waxing done on Saturday and was served my Maddy. She did a great job and did them exactly how I asked and was very friendly and welcomed me warmly. Her service exceeded my expectations and I wish I could give 5 stars. I am disappointed that all I could hear in the background was other staff, one in particular, speaking extremely rude to other staff and amongst themselves. The apparent new “manager” showed a horrible, stuck up attitude and was extremely rude to other customers in the salon and only seemed interested in who she was going to “hook up” and party with that night. It left a bad taste in my mouth. If this is how essential beauty trusts their business to be run, they may want to take another look into it and think again! Thank you again Maddy for a wonderful service but unfortunately I don’t think I will be back.
