This was rushed cheap and nasty there was no professionalism at all carried out
The beauty room was filthy hadn't been wiped down bin over flowing on floor
And the service was so rushed and waxing ruff as!

Staff were really nice and friendly, but after only 4 days post tragus piercing it has gotten infected. I followed all of the proper cleaning advised by staff and it doesn't seem to be working at all. I should have listened to all of these reviews before coming here it was a mistake. Do not recommend Essential Beauty Carousel if you are looking for good quality piercings and treatment.

I do not recommend.
Had my brows tinted and waxed, they did an awful job, my brows were 2 different shapes and all patchy from unevenly applying the tint.

Really very experienced person and also very welcoming and made me feel really confortable while the treatment was done.
Will highly recommend you guys.

Had upper lobe and helix piercings done today, really fast and surprisingly little pain and the store seemed very professional and sterile. Couldn’t be happier, thank you!

What everyone else is saying is right, don't ignore them like I did. The staff here are lovely but the quality of the rings and hoops and the technique of piercing is poor. Had an infection for months and finally got the courage to go to an actual piercing place and it cleared up in 3 days while essential beauty sold me sprays that did nothing for weeks and didn't even realise my skin had grown over my piercing. The piercer I went to had to re-pierce and put in an good quality ring since the infection was so bad. Just go to an actual piercing place and spend your money on something you wont need to constantly replace and fix.

Absolutely horrible. Yeah, the staff were nice, but the service was horrible. I went in to get my belly button pierced, and not only did they pierce me too far apart, but they used jewellery that was not long enough to account for the swelling. They were also willing to let me get the piercing without my parents being present (at the time i was under 16) which is against their policy (I went and got my parents). I noticed that the ball was digging in to my skin a week later and went to Armadale essential beauty (where I got my industrial and nose piercing) and they explained that the carousel store did not abide by the rules. They also explained that the after care advice they provided me with was wrong. This lead to my belly button getting infected due to the pressure the bar was putting on the piercing and i had to take out the piercing that cost me $80. I am still left with the scar, months after it was taken out. I tried calling the carousel store to ask about the piercing, but the lady just told me the gauge and would not listen to what I was saying. I recommend Armadale essential beauty, it is much better.

Although the cost for waxing was fairly high.the experience doesn’t match at all and after the session, I was left with patches of hair still remaining.

Not a great experience. Wasn't what I expected. Stud didn't sit correctly & fell out after 4 days. Couldn't get back in correctly & it closed over. Had the other side done at Midland branch with totally different experience again.

They pierced my industrial completely wrong and now It’s starting to grow over my bar.
I wasted $110 for nothing.

My nose piercing was pierced wrong, find about it from another piercer after several infections and fall outs of my studs.

Had my nose hoop that had fallen out put in by the manager/owner. Very rough and put it in the wrong way, once i explained it was the wrong way i was told 'i should have told her'. Took it out and then again was extremely rough with attempting to put it in the right way which was unsuccessful all whilst complaining about how hard it is to get in. The other young girl in there who came in and had a go was able to put it in almost instantly the right way with very minimal pain did a great job, and is the only reason for 2 stars.
