After years of not using this store i decided to give them a go again as close to home. Im so glad i did right from the start i LOVED my experience here. The girls are Super Super Friendly and did an amazing job. Loved having a chat with Renae during my procedure, we had a laugh like old friends. Will definitely be going back for sure. I stoped by to ask about piercing. The staff member was not friendly at all. And looked annoyed that I was asking questions.
Will never go back there again.

Poor customer service! Booked my appointment online, got confirmation message. Upon reaching i got to know it couldn’t be done as the person i was booked with don’t provide that service. I humbly requested and even said that i can wait until the end of the day, as i live far and can’t come again (sesions were going through here). But they denied.
First of all, if they can’t do they shouldn’t send confirmation message to their customers (totally waste of time).
Secondly, one of the staff was so rude, unprofessional, with poor customer service skills, full of attitude. I was trying to tell her my problem, she was not ready to listen, instead was saying I don’t have much time, i have some other stuff to do. SO RUDE!
With this kind of staff, definitely you will lose many customers.
I really don’t want to come here again and m happy to continue my sessions in any other store.
Usually, don’t put reviews but this time i had to.
Also, if there would be a option for zero star, i would give that one rather.

I had my helix done by Josh today and I loved it!
I could tell he was stressed but he did a great job and I’d get it done by him again!

The worst thing ive ever done, 3 of April, the staff who work don’t know what is customer service! BAD attitude!

I took my son there for ear piercing. One of the staff was so rude and I have never seen such a rude person to serve the customer before. Unfortunately, I didn't know her name. I don't suggest anyone to go there if she is still serving the customer.

The staff was so rude, aggressive and intimidating from the start till the end - the way she talked and the way she behaved. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She even didn’t explain anything about the price and when I asked a question about it, she just slammed the price list on the counter. She also didn’t explain about after care at all.
If being like this, you will lose customers. I will never come back to this place.

I went for the XXX Brazilian wax and the lady doing the wax was very sweet. When I got home, there was quite a bit of wax residue left and managed to get almost all off with some oil. I then found that a long strip and a small spot were not waxed. The next day, I went back to the store, to ask whether they can fix it and I got refuse immediately as they were fully booked. As I am in Perth on holiday, I cannot come back another day during the week to get it done. I don't usually leave reviews but this time I thought that their customer service could be much better than this. If you get anything done, carefully check everything is done to your satisfaction before leaving or just be prepared to got back if it was not done properly.

Did an ear piercing there by tattooed girl, showing attitude as always. Came home and the stud went inside my ear as it was too small. Went back to explain what happened and if they could help me get it out, again she started with her attitudes and sent me back. This business is really really unprofessional. If she is not happy in her job, she should find another one rather than giving us a hard time.

I came in today (6th March) to get my ears done. When I booked the appointment the first girl was rude. When I came in later for my appointment the other girl was also extremely rude and made me feel like such an inconvenience just for being there. It was so awful I left and did not get them done and will not be returning again, very disappointing and unprofessional.

Staff were lovely and friendly, however, got my helix done and was charged more than what was on the website.and got the incorrect stud put in -unfortunately not the one I chose out when asked. I only noticed the stud when I walked out as it was not shown to me after the procedure.

Very unprofessional. Staff was the lady with a lot of tattoos. She was giving so much attitude right from the beginning. She wanted us to rush it and because my partner has anxiety i told her i needed to be there with her. And she told me that she doesn't have time to waste on us. And drove a fair bit to get it done. Eventually I said we wont get it done here.

Ill be posting this review on every other social media as this type of attitude is not acceptable from a franchise like this.

Went to get a piercing and the workers were very rude. Ended up leaving and not getting my piercing done.

Very informative and safe. They don't just look after the sales but the safety of the customer.

Please do yourself a favour and do NOT come here for piercings, i had my industrial done here and the healing process was excruciatingly painful, once it had healed i went to Angel body jewellery to get a new barbell and got asked if i has done it myself or had a friend do it, i told the lady i had it done at Essential beauty carousel and proceeded to get told that any proper professional piercer wouldn't have done an industrial piercing as my ear is nowhere near the right shape for it as my ears aren’t curved and don’t have a ridge which explains why it took so long to heal and why it was so painful, so clearly the girl who did it was either a trainee and didn’t have a clue what she was doing, or was just trying to take my money, a few months later my partner decided to get his nose pierced there and once again it was done poorly as the piercing was done at an angle so the stud was half out and wasn’t sitting right, never going back there again and definitely won’t be recommending this place to anyone anytime soon

I came here few weeks back and got my ear buds changed from this place. The staff was very friendly towards their customers. Especial thanks to Raman who helped me to choose ear buds and replaced the existing ear buds for me. My overall experience was

I did piercing for my ears. They did it wrong. The distance between the other piercing was so close and in the another ear it was not the same. It was so obvious that so many people noticed it and told me. When I told them, they were so rude. They showed their faces and told me that I have to pay again for their mistake. They didn’t even apologise. They are so many other places where you can at least get some respect and proper service as well.

Not very professional. I booked a facial over the phone then rescheduled the appointment and when I attended the appointment they said they are not doing facials because of covid but none of the people I talked with over the phone knew they were not doing facials. That’s how well they know what they are doing!

I went into the salon this morning to get my eyebrows waxed and it was awesome! I would highly recommend them as it was clean, efficient and the lady was super lovely (I can't remember her name, sorry!). My eyebrows look great! I will definitely be returning.
