I have been a customer at Essential Beauty Armadale for some time now and I’m really pleased with the service I receive by Raman every time. Raman is an amazing beautician, she is knowledgeable, friendly, very efficient and has a great eye for detail. I usually book once a month for my waxing, laser, eye brow and lash tinting. She has also done my body piercing too. I definitely could not fault her service. She knows a lot about the ASAP products I use and keeps me updated with the latest services and specials available. I highly recommend her for all beauty services available at Essential Beauty

Sending me different booking times, i replay confirmation SMS which original booking time but when i visit there for the treatment, it was mixed up the booking time and no apoptosis at all.i understand that you have preparation or some other things to do but i was there for the booking on time and such a rude customer communication.have i done something wrong? I am not happy what i had the experience.disappointed.

I would like to leave a comment on our experience today at your shop in Armadale for my daughter and I. She was getting her nose pierced how exciting.but then cold blooded unwelcoming staff with no social skill was at the counter it wasn’t that exciting anymore, people that represent your company and being at the frontline should be able to welcome any clientele regardless to their colour or culture. We were told that where we wanted the nose pierce was “the wrong way to have it” if you don’t know people’s culture and history of piercing shut your mouth and smile and do your job. If you are ask a question of what one of the question on the form says don’t say “ if you don’t know the word that means you don’t have it” this is basic manners and professionalism. Will recommend a refresher course on hospitality and customer service. Ps the other young lady when we left was very polite and had a lovely smile.

Got ear piercings done for second holes and asked for the mini silver one was given the larger silver one which was too big for my earlobe and I pointed it out. All was said are you sure. I wish I had of been more assertive with the fact I wanted the mini one as the other was too close to my first holes and has become infected. I have the right spray for it but I had to take the earring out due to being in so much pain.

I'm not going back it's not the first time been Less than impressed with the service provided

I had my legs and brows done by Mya today, very professional, very chatty which was really nice to see! Her happy, warm personality really made me feel comfortable with my waxing, also they looked amazing! A great therapist! Will definitely be rebooking

Took my 16 year old son for nice piercing horrible experience, from start to finish! Terrible customer service, rushed job made us wait for almost 40 minutes, absolutely terrible terrible experience, will never go back and most def not recommend, not ever.

Loved my first time experience. Nyssa was amazing and calming even though I'm quite anxious haha. Can't recommend this place enough!

I also came in yesterday to see another lady and she made me feel again, very comfortable. Just for an eyebrow wax! Can't believe the level of customer service. She was lovely. Telling everyone I know about how good the prices and service is.:)

All the girls here are very lovely and know their stuff very well, i always come back for their exceptional services. Love these girls.

The service and skills these ladies offer is second to none. I’m always greeted with a smile, they are efficient and highly talented at the services that they offer and they treat you as a person/with importance. Even though I’ve now moved down south, I still take the 3.5 hour trip for my beauty up-keep because they’re worth seeing:)

I have been going to Essential Beauty for 20+ years and can not fault them for service, quality and price. In particular Misty who worked at the Rockingham store but now is located at the Armadale store is AMAZING! She's your girl to go to for all your beauty needs. Highly recommended her

I love coming here for my beauty needs. I have had my waxing, tinting, IPL and facials done here and i always request to see Misty. She is amazing, always happy and vibrant wouldn't go anywhere else.

Misty has been my beauty queen for nearly 10 years. Followed her to a few different stores and now travel to see her. The girls at the Armadale store are always so lovely. It's always a pleasure visiting.

Just had the worst eyebrow wax in tint, didn't listen, then proceeded to pinch my skin while plucking. Next time will make sure I'm not caught out and plan ahead to go to my normal salon: (

Went for a Brazilian the worst experience of my life. The lady didnt even give me a choice of hotwax and grazed me everywhere with strip wax was very painful! Was rushed Also left heaps behind. Never going back

I got the bottom of my belly pierced and the lady who did it was absolutely amazing. I didn't feel it at all, I didn't grab her name but she was so friendly. Would recommend anyone wanting a piercing to come here:)

Just had my little girls ears pierced for her 8th birthday present. The ladies at Essential Beauty were so good with her. Highly recommended!

Great customer service and decent prices, although one time they did wax my brows incorrectly unfortunately.
