Very Professional and Friendly, my girls had their ear piercing done here with the ladies trying to give courage to my stepdaughter and she got through it happily. And For my little Baby Girl she look so cute with her sparkly little stud earrings. Healed really good and well. As a Beautician my self. I definitely recommend Essential Beauty in Armadale! ️️️️️

I had a very bad experience with threading in carousel. I came to Essential Beauty and I was a nervous reck with the idea of someone else destroying my eyebrows. Josh has put up with me for 6 months (maybe longer) now and I can trust he’s got my best interest at heart he’s upfront, honest and I trust him 100%. I know I can lay back and relax get my brows done without stressing about loosing one. Thank you Josh for being so understanding and patient with me. You do a beautiful job

This is the second time I have come and had my brows waxed and tinted by Josh. He is amazing and is so detailed and precise with his work and you can tell he genuinely cares about your results. Super happy

Roxie pierced my helix and rook this morning had both done in one sitting, very professional did a fantastic job she went above and beyond even fixed up my other piercings for me changed ring added ring everything is uniform now I totally love the look.
I walked out of there with the biggest smile I can't stop looking at how good a job she did I an hour I got 5 compliments on how great they looked thank you so much Roxie ️ you have given me back my confidence and made me feel great you were very caring and extremely gentle you picked exactly the right jewellery to for my rook piercings it looks perfect? Came in as I couldn't my nose piercing back in so came here guy was great and had to re Pierce it. Also put in my other old one I had to remove. Did great with the re Pierce:)

I had a fantastic experience getting my nose pierced at essential beauty in Armadale today. This is something I have been wanting to get done for 14 years I was very nervous and excited but the young guy who did my piercing was awesome and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend essential beauty Armadale

Got septum piercing and not even a day later the ball fell off, keeps falling out, was advised the piercing is way to small for a first time piercing. Would not recommend.

Staff are always too busy to assist, terrible customer service from the front desk and not willing to accomodate, required a simple 15 min eye lash tint and was told on more than one occasion i would have to wait an hour, no other customers waiting. Front desk need better people and organisational skills. They take the attitude that they are too busy and dont need the custom. Will never be back unfortunately.

Big shoutout to Josh at your armadale store! He managed to squeeze me in last minute, when I was having a major issue with a piercing. Extremely gentle and caring when dealing with a very painful piercing removal. Let me take all the time I needed and managed to fix the problem and save the piercing! Went back the next day to get my eyebrows waxed and he not only did the best waxing I’ve ever had at one of you stores but checked on how my piercing was going. Absolutely amazing technician and a credit to your company. Highly, highly recommend him!

Was peirced with a very small septum piercing, payed over $100 for it and you can barley see it! Very mad

After looking around and seeing other reviews, I decided to come down and get a facial waxing done by Josh. The overall experience was good but sadly due to my how bulbous my hair is, we weren't able to achieve an excellent result.
Josh offered alternatives and will definitely be coming back to this branch for other services and as others have said, Josh is an amazing staff member and all the staff here are very friendly. Recommend to anyone that is wanting to get a service here that they'll definitely treat you well:)

All staff there were very kind and helpful but the trainee Ruby who did my daughters piercing was exceptional and an absolutely beautiful young girl she made the piercing experience much easier.

Love the services offered at Essential beauty in Armadale. The staff are friendly and they make the whole experience easy. They engage with friendly conversations and before you know it.you are done!

Josh did my eyebrow wax and did a really good job. I told him what I wanted and he did exactly that but always checked with me in the mirror during the process so I got the result I wanted. He maps out the shape with a pink pencil so the brows turn out even.

My beautician was Josh and he did a amazing job. He takes his time to find out what you want & and to make you feel comfortable. Josh reshaped my eyebrows to fit my face confirmed everything before starting to wax and they have never looked this good, his attention to detail is high, his beauty room is super clean and everything is organise and this just showed how much pride his takes in his work. He also made sure that he got every hair out and somehow it’s was less painful. He checked in at the end to make sure I was happy before I head out, I left feeling fabulous with my new eyebrows. I will be going back. Do yourself a favour and book with Josh you won’t be disappointed.

Love it every time here! Roxy always perfects my brows and listens to exactly what I want. Definitely recommend!
