Talk about rip off $20 for a lip wax it would of been nices if you told me the prices before doing it no way in hell I would be paying that about but the guy was very nices that did my waxing apparently you pay extra for Sensitive waxing the first I've heard of that.

The guy josh that waxed my eyebrows hes sooo lovely he made me feel relaxed and did such an amazing job on my eyebrows thank you so much josh I actually for once feel pretty

Highly recommended! All staff are welcoming & professional. I especially recommend Roxanne, who has been my beautician for many years. Her bubbly, professional & caring nature make me feel comfortable during my appointments. 10/10

I have have used Roxy and hands down adore her.
She always made me feel amazing after and attention to detail is above what I have recived else where.
As a Plus size woman with skin issues and very self conscious she has never made me feel judged me or given me a reason to not want to return.
She goes above and beyond to make me comfortable each visit.
Extremely professional and welcoming.

Last week I made an online booking for dermals, Monroe and helix piercings. I was sent an email confirming all services and costs.
When I arrived at the appt they could not do dermal as the piercer was not there! Even though it was confirmed by her name ‘ misty’ in the email. So I was left with 2 different people doing 2 different piercings. 1 week later the helix is still red and inflamed and not straight!
The Monroe was, until 10 minutes ago, still red and inflamed and also not straight!
It has just completely fallen out into my mouth.
So all in all an utter waste of money and time.
Yes I did use their after care product.
Yes I did look after all the piercings
Yes I am seething.
No I won’t be back
Yes I would love everyone to read this and re-evaluate your piercing appointments

Josh took such good care of me, making sure that everything looked fabulous before I left. Highly recommend!

Went in there with 12 minutes before closing just to get a ball for my nose piercing as I lost it and they closed the till and wouldn't let me get one. So now I either have to take my piercing out or have it get infected by wearing an earring.

Had an great experience getting my ears pierced by Roxanne, she goes above and beyond. Very well spoken and courteous. She could see i was nervous as i have a phobia of needles or anything like that. Wish alot more businesses had a manager like her. They need a manager like her at all the stores

I have found staff extremely rude and inefficient. Book a time and cant keep it had to wait 50 minsthis week had appt booked for 2 days.
I was late once through no fault of my own and 3 staff members treated me like dirt.will never go there again. Staff mock you its awful.

I had Raman do my eyebrows and derma planning. I was extremely impressed with her! She did exactly what I wanted and also made sure I was happy and if there was anything else she could do to help:) Would HIGHLY recommend

The most terrible place to get a piercing, this placed has messed up not once but TWICE piercing simple earlobes. The first time I came in here they did them COMPLETELY uneven, we complained about it and they told us they would redo them when they healed for free because it was their mistake.went back a couple month later when they were healed, CHARGED US AGAIN, then they messed up again and gave me gold instead of silver that I made very clear I wanted. Staff even had the guts to argue with me and my mother who heard me say silver. Now wanting to charge us another 40 for 2 sets that they messed up. Absolutely disgusted. Until they fix their mistake I won't be recommending this place to anybody, it's easier to just go to a pharmacy since they're most likely more professional.

Jenna was fantastic. She has done my eyebrows and I have been seeing her to improve my skin and she has helped me get a better understanding of the way it works, little ways I can improve everyday and she has made my eyebrows look great every time.

A lovely clean beauty salon with knowledgeable staff. I go here frequently and my son has recently had a few piercings done. I would recommend anyone who wants/needs waxing, piercing, laser etc, to definitely check this place out first as I've only ever had good experiences and have been going here for years.

Would just like to say that I highly recommend Raman. Love her thoroughness and expertise as well as her happy, positive personality and professionalism.

I met two ladies for body waxing. I love both Raman and Roxy. Really amazed by their work and the way they make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend both. I had a very good chat with Raman earlier and I am looking forward to see her for my next appointment.
