49Have taken both of my 8 year old Grandaughters here to get their ears pierced. The staff were all lovely. The gift of the teddy bear to cuddle helped make the girls relax and the certificate after made them feel very brave.
Sarah is amazing she is very friendly, great to talk to, and fantastic at waxing. She does it very thoroughly and she quick and pain is very bareable. If you want waxing only go to Sarah she is the best at it. She amazing at everything, she done my daughters 2nds and 3rds and cartilage and she’s extremely happy with them.
Felt very rushed and communication wasn't great with the staff member. I hadn't had a spray tan in a while and not there so was unfamiliar with their techniques which seemed to annoy her when she had to tell me what to do. Was sent out still wet so my tan wasn't great.
After years of being treated at Essential Beauty Whitfords, I had an appalling experience. My eyebrows were waxed and left looking ridiculous. One eyebrow was waxed much thinner and shorter than the other. The other eyebrow had wax dropped in it and so I now have bare patches in that brow. After 3 weeks and 2 emails I still have not had any response from the salon acknowledging my concerns. Extremely unprofessional and upsetting.
The lady listened so well and pierced my third lobes EXACTLY where i wanted.super clean place and friendly staff, always recommend them.
My daughter just got her nose pierced the manager Sarah was very supportive and caring of my daughter needs ️. Thankyou was a very special day for us they are very clean and respectful

Girl who did waxing was not talkative didnt ask me if it was my first time or is there a certain amount off my eye brows i get off never said her name never spoke to me and when she did speak it was forced and could not be bothered with me rooms felt untidy just purely a buisness not personal at all felt very uncomfortable the whole time i was there
