Had the best experience with brow laminating, the girl who did it (Jayde) was really nice and did an amazing job. She tinted them and waxed them for me and they look so good! Definitely recommend

Always get good service here and always happy with the result. This is not a Day Spa experience but if you want a good service at a fair price, this is the place!

My helix piercing fell out after 3 weeks so i went in to ask about it, it ended up being the type of backing i chose, i didn’t even know there were different backings. So they re pierced it for half price and i got the backing that stays on better.

I saw Candy for a lip piercing and she was absolutely amazing! Always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and communicated everything really well. Definitely booking her for every other piercing I get from now on!

After not being acknowledged for 15 minutes of entering store, I was treated for waxing. The experience was the worst I have ever had, wax strings dragged all over my face, wax to hot and burnt above my right eye, resulting in a blister and no apology from the beautician and no offering of after care gel to soothe. I would not recommend this store

I originally went in sore ears that were pierced incorrectly from an unusual angle (from Lovisa at Joondalup not here). I was unsure of what gage was used to pierce my ears and what jewellery I needed to use for the specific piercing. A lady called Candy made my experience so memorable. She made me feel comfortable and only did EXACTLY what I wanted. She was so nice and understood the situation completely. Coming in with sore ears and having her put the jewellery in for me I can definitely say she handles everything with care and caution. Definitely coming back and asking for Candy's service. (She also works at Warwick)

Not the best hygiene, tint was left on for like 2 minutes, waxing was terrible. Couldn’t have gotten out of their fast enough.

A few weeks ago, I had my piercings swapped around by a lady called candy! She was excellent and made me feel 100% comfortable. Would definitely go back to her if I need any piercings swapped over:)

I went in for a conch piercing the lady was so unprofessional and told me that it was going to hurt and that I shouldn't get it in the first place, she then tried to pierce my ear in the wrong place and when I said something got defensive. SHE DIDNT WIPE MY EAR BEFORE PIERCING MY EAR. SHE THEN MESSED UP THE PIERCING AND SHE COULDN'T PUT THE PIERCING IN. SHE ALSO SAID I COULDN'T HAVE THE PIERCING BECAUSE I WASNT 18 EVEN THOUGH IT STATES YOU HAVE TO BE 16 OR OLDER. Worst experience, never going back and will be saying something if it gets deeply infected

I recently had some waxing and a spray tan done by one of the new staff members being supervised by the senior staff! Watching how they were communicating with each other and the service I received was an absolute 10/10 and their professionalism is amazing! I will always use this salon for waxing and all of my other beauty needs. Thank you Sarah and girls for being so amazing
