I had a deal with my granddaughter if she changed her earrings which she was terrified to do, I’d get my ears pierced for the second time. I’m not going to lie, I was anxious at 64yo after having mine done initially at 13yo. The girls were amazing. Very professional right throughout my easy pain free experience. Thank you ladies, I’d recommend you highly to anyone.

My daughter had her nose and septum pierced by Eliza.
Both piercings are looking good, Eliza was awesome, worked quickly and kept my daughter calm throughout.

I had my ears pierced today with Nicki, she was great and very friendly. Will definitely be back for more piercings!

Went to the brow and beauty parlour they messed up my eyebrows badly came to essential beauty met the most sweetest girl ever I think her name was Eliza she fixed my eyebrows wonderfully would recommend

Went straight in for a nose ring and asked for a small size and it fits perfectly, didn’t get the females name that helped but definitely recommend here!

Eliza is absolutely amazing, makes every experience in the store so welcoming and her customer service is fantastic, she always does an awesome job for every service I come for! Won’t go anywhere else!

Candy was absolutely AMAZING, she was patient and understanding, and takes her time to make sure everyone is comfortable. Joondalup was really rude and she fixed it with no worries️

It was a total waste of money. I had lash lift and tint but it didn’t even work my lashes still look the same after the treatment didn’t even get lifted not even a bit. I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

Jayde is an absolute asset to this place! I literally cannot thank her enough for how amazing she was with me! Her amazing customer service and talent/ perfectionism with my brows will be the reason I keep coming back! I first saw Jayde a few weeks ago for an eyebrow wax and tint and they came out beautiful and made me want to go back for this service, I didn’t get Jayde’s name at the time so booked with someone else this time around and my brows pretty much left me crying in the bathroom over how terrible they looked. I’ve never complained about a service before even if I’m not happy because I feel bad for the worker but this time I couldn’t let it go. When I went back to the clinic 2 minutes later the worker was extremely apologetic and helpful in giving me options. I asked for another worker to fix them and I got Jayde and I was so thankful! Jayde immediately made me feel calm and re-assured when I started crying again Jayde carefully assessed my botched brows and offered me the best solution to fix them within her means, which I accepted. I could really not be more greatful for Jayde, she was so professional, understanding and knew exactly what she was doing, while showing me every step of the way what she was doing which helped me feel at ease. Will definitely be coming back for Jayde from now on! Thankyou Jayde!

Had some waxing done this morning. First timer therefore i was a bit anxious. Jayde was amazing, she put me at ease immediately. Jayde was friendly, professional & extremely experienced. I was in and out in less than 15mins. I can highly recommend Jayde & I will definitely return.

My regular place. Mostly walk-in, but online bookings are available. Or I pop into Kmart while waiting. It's next to my nail place, and Shens Massage, all worth visiting.

Horrible experience and rude staff
went in to buy new jewellery as my piercing was having problems.got told it would be easy to put the jewellery in but couldn’t do it.went back to the store was told to come back.i came back and during that time my piercing had closed.the lady made my nose bleed and it was extremely painful.rolling her eyes and me and showing no care at all towards me.so rude and disrespectful.now i have to wait for my piercing to heal.extremely disappointed in this store and it’s staff

Candy is the absolute best! Really helped me out in regards to getting my nose pierced. Very knowledgeable and really easy to chat to. Goes above and beyond. Really appreciate it… keep it up

Ana and the team at Whitfords are fantastic. I get regular facials every 4 - 6 weeks from Ana for the past 9 months which have dramatically improved my skin. Ana tailors the facial to my skin type/needs at the time and knows exactly what I need. The shop is always clean and am always attended to on-time for my appointments. I love the team at Whitfords, I always get a great service at a great price and they're all so friendly and welcoming. I had my daith piercing done. So friendly and professional. Trying as suffering with headache but so far so good. Huge range of earrings to choose from and great value.

I got my helix pierced here by Eliza and let me tell you, she was AMAZING.all the staff here are so lovely but she made me feel like super at ease and i was a bit nervous but she talked me through it the whole time and did an amazing job.they’re all super duper friendly and really assuring.it’s been less than a week and it’s already healing so well, it doesn’t even hurt and 0 signs of infection.would really really recommend this place.

Candy has pierced both sides of my nose, and my back dermals.did an amazing job on all especially my back.so lovely to chat to and calming when you’re getting a needle stabbed into you.i am prone to my piercings getting infected but none that she has done have gotten infected.so happy with my back! Looks amazing did such a good job.would recommend for any piercings:)
