They are so rude and I've never met people so rude like them, they pierced my sisters tongue and they didn't do it were it was meant to be.
In a tongue piercing it's meant to be straight in the middle, someone please tell me how it went in my actual muscle? After she pierced it She said it's not meant to be like that and she said it will move. We went home my mum saw it and she wasn't happy. So she talked to (professionals) and they told her to take it out immediately and go get a refund. Went to go get a refund with my mum and they told us in such a rude manner. Speaking to her like she was dumb that "it physically cant be straight" considering her tongue piercing is straight and they are showing pictures of bars in the middle. They told her to wait at least three days to get the bar taken out and get her refund. 3 days went by then they told her to wait a week. Even though the bar is literally rubbing against her teeth and the reason why She still has it in is to get her money back. She wasn't going to waste $90. She wanted her tongue done for so long and soon as she get it, it's messed up. She took her time piercing it, when I say take her time I mean fully take her time. I was in the room when it happened I didn't move at all. It is so close to her vien on the left side of her tongue. Ever since she got it done her mouth and gland on my left side have swelled up. If you recommend going to get a piercing from here. I'm pretty sure you can do a better job at home

Rude and dismissive.took my daughter there to have her ears pierced only couple of weeks again.one of the studs embedded itself in her ear. I had to take her to dr to have it removed. The young girl at essential did not offer any kind of assistance only surmising what could have caused it to occur.then after I went to Greg's pharmacy to purchase sleepers I discovered just how uneven the pierced holes are.terrible all round service from essential Beauty.will never bother going there again.

Very rude, in the middle of a manicure I was ask to pay, extremely rude and humiliating. After paid she then disappeared hiding out the back for 15minutes and then went to another customer not finishing the job. I paid $25 for nothing
