Called over the phone to book in an appointment, get to the place and the said they had no appointment for me. One of the girls confirmed she spoke to me on the phone but that there was nothing she could do and told me to go somewhere else. Need to sort out their booking system.

I went in for a daith piercing and was a bit nervous beforehand. Amy was friendly, professional and caring. She put me at ease with humour and friendly conversation and I would recommended her wholeheartedly

You may wait 0-15minutes to be served but once your getting served they are really good with service. They did amazing with my daughter aged 5 getting her ears done today for her birthday

I have gone to essential beauty for 6 out of my 8 piercings but this time round I am not happy. About 4 1/2 weeks ago I got a double forward helix piercing, the lady that did my piercing was lovely and nice but did NOT wear gloves and I did NOT see her sterilise the jewellery or the equipment that she was using, any other time I have gone to essential beauty the lady’s have always sterilised their hands, the equipment that they’re going to be using and of course the jewellery ALL IN FRONT OF ME to obviously show that everything is clean.
I get piercing will get infected if they’re not cleaned daily, played with and touched with dirty hands but I have had enough piercings to know that my infection is caused by unsterilised hands, equipment and jewellery.

Very friendly but more importantly they appeared to know what they were doing. Everything was explained in full and my daughter left the shop very happy. Cheers.

My friend and I went in to get our eyebrows waxed and tinted here and Tina did an amazing job! I'm wary of getting my eyebrows done at new places but she did an amazing job for us both and I will definitely be back to get them done again by her!

Eyebrow wax and tint.

My eyebrows are already microbladed, so the shape
is there. I asked for a basic wax and to not trim too much hair.

The tint is horrible, its patchy. I am also missing hair on my eyebrows which is not on as like i said, my euebrows are microbladed. How are my eyebrows patchy? ! I will never go back to a essential beauty, think i will stick to a proper eyebrow bar.

I just love this place. I can always call and get in last minute and the staff are all helpful! Definitely would suggest a visit here.

Love the friendly and capable staff at Essential Beauty Morley. There is always an appointment when you need it and the girls are always happy to see you and help you in any way they can. Haley always takes extra care with my sensitive skin and I walk away extremely happy from each appointment.

Best customer service ever Aimee is a great therapist. Incredibly friendly. My skin has never been so good. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Got my nose pierced some where else and landed up having a terrible allergic reaction to the jewellery. So landed up buying a traditional Indian stud and asked if Amy could replace the existing jewellery with my traditional stud. She did it for me. Thanks soo much!
Nose got better but had to remove it as per doctor advice.
Once it heals will go back and re-pierce it at essential beauty. Would you guys be able to re-pierce it if I provide my jewellery?

After seeing Aimy my acne scars have cleared out and there are no more break outs. Aimy and her staff are all friendly and professional and the service they have provided me was outstanding.

I went in a couple week backs now to get my nose pierced. I was very unsure as I am very scared of needles. However, the girl Aimy that help me was absolutely amazing. I told her that i can get faint after needles and she was so gentle with the whole procedure and it didn't hurt at all. She then stayed with me afterwards to make sure I was okay and gave me some lollies to make sure I wasn't going to pass out. I would highly recommend Aimy without a doubt, she was the best: D

I travel all the way from Como to get my IPL done with Amy. She is so caring of the pain factor and is so diligent with ensuring I receive the best service & that I’m happy! Would highly recommend!

Can't even make an appointment by phone as the woman can never hear you and her voice is faint too. Needs a new phone line or something

Unhygienic. Unlike reputable places with Surgically sealed new rings they searched for one bare handed in a bowl of rings. I walked out. Do not risk this. I get it's super convenient in the local shops but you deserve better.

Terrible service. Booked me in for the wrong waxing and even though I kept telling her what I wanted came out all lobsided completely covered in wax. I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU DON'T USE THIS PLACE.

Had an microdermabrasion treatment. Wonderful service and got really good results. Very professional service. Highly recommended.
