Lovely staff. Good service. However, Prices have gone up in a big way twice in last maybe 6 months. Not that impressed.

Went to essential beauty for the first time today and Lucy made me feel so comfortable and had great customer service!

I have got my daughter’s ear pierced from here and the quality was so bad and because of the worst job earrings fell off and they made us pay again to get it done. Not a legit business. Robbing people. Scammer

The staff are nice and welcoming. My waxing was done by a girl called Lucy. She was extremely good. She made sure I was comfortable and did a brilliant job.

Just got pierced by Aimy and will definitely be back. She was quick, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

The girls who worked here were lovely and my piercer, Aimy, did a very good job at calming me down. However, they didn't disinfect the area before it was pierced.

I have got ear and nose pierced from here and the quality was so bad. Not only did my ear and nose got infected on 2 separate occasions, the pierced earrings broke 3 times. Don't expect that they will replaced I was asked to pay again. Went for help to the staff and was told that they can not help me. Not going back ever again for piercings here. Money and time wasted.

If I could give 0 I would definitely do it! We were refused and turn back just because we were 5min late. Our appointment was at 3: 20pm and the girl told us we were 10min late so they won't do the service. Unbelievable! Just have a little gap between your appointments! Sometimes it happens that you are late for whatever reason! Thanks for wasting my time and going out with our newborn! Will never recommend this store to anyone!

Just had brow tinting and lip and brow wax, was very fast and I am very happy with the results.

From helping me to accurately select a Christmas present which would suit my best friend to helping me choose a brand new piercing for myself, the experience was so amazing. She got me super excited about having it done, booked me in really quickly, was on time, efficient and excellent at distracting you for the 'painful' part, plus great, clear explanation of how to care for it afterwards. So happy to have it done that I'm really excited about getting more. I know, where I'll be going for the next ones!

How rude.late by 10 min and thats because of searching the shop.they give so rude answer and gave time after 3 hours.not going to wait for this type of unprofessional behavior.never come again

I came in at 4: 45 after I’ve called and drive there 20 minutes just to buy a piercing not even to get something pierced and they wouldn’t sell it to me as they have turned the lights off already with the door open 3 girl standing there talking and getting paid for doing literally nothing when they could have made a profit. Very disappointed definitely not going to spend my money here

Had both my daughter’s ears pierced here yesterday and couldn’t fault the service. Staff were friendly and comforting. They did both ears at the same time and gave my daughters teddies and lollipops. Recommend if you have young ones who want their ears pierced.

The ladies here are really down to earth and a good laugh. They're non judgmental and distract me well while I'm getting waxed

I want in for a full wax Brazil, the young girl doesn't realise the wax was super hot in the most sensitive area. She changed the hot wax used stirps on me too. Normally they make sure everything done properly. Nothing like that with me. I was so red and sore for a few days. That is why l am given you two star

I tried to buy a nose piercing and the first time no one showed up after using several times the bell. O tried it one hour later and the lady told me I need a appointment to buy a piercing.
Really disappointed about that place.
Looks like you always need an appointment to buy something in this store.

Just stood here for 10 minutes being ignored while the staff were chatting. Rang the bell to let them know I was there, but they've ignored me and kept chatting

I done few piercings here and the girl just amazing. I had this morning my nipples pierced and she was so gentle that I didn’t even felt any sort of pain! Thank u so much see u in 6/8 weeks for a new piercing!

I went in today for a Brazilian wax. The lady that attended to me was super amazing. Sad thing is, I didn't get her name as someone called me as I was leaving.

Highly recommend for a waxing!
