Ella Baché - Joondalup

The staff is nice but really incompetent! I came for an epilation of the underarms and a brezilian. When I got home, I realized that I had hair everywhere and especially in my underarms. All hair broken, I think we should buy glasses or change jobs. It’s a shame to pay this price for such a service.

Very Friendly staff. $145 for a facial treatments. Within 30mins it was all over. Will not be returning. Very disappointing.

I saw Sharon at the Joondalup branch, a friendly and bubbly lady who took the time to explain what she was doing and why. She used her own experiences to put me at ease. She went above and beyond to ensure my pre-wedding facial was not only going to make my skin glow but was relaxing too. She talked to me honestly about my skin and how to repair it from years of adult acne. I ended purchasing a whole skin care range - mainly because I trusted her and believed she had my best interests at heart. Highly recommended!

Booked one therapist specifically and when I arrived and someone else was there I was made to feel really difficult, the manager too busy joking around to do anything- don't waste your time

I started going here regularly for arm and Brazilian waxes. They make you feel very comfortable during the services which I love. They talk you through the services and educate you on any after care to make sure you get the best results.
I’ve had my first mani / pedi there today. It was a splurge for me as I usually visit the cheap nail salons but I’ve been having issues with hard cracked heels and with general nail health. Again I was given information on at home care and she really took her time to make sure my nails were in the best condition before I left the salon. It was definitley worth it for me, my nails look great but now I have more information for caring for the issues that I have. Definitely recommend the salon for service and the products they use are really good quality.

I had DELUXE pedicure there that costs $85 and includes massage! Just pedicure costs $55! But peeling the heels is extra $25? I didn't get any massage! Feels like the therapist hates her job and customers as she didn't wanna do things customers pay for!

I've found it very difficult to find a salon in Perth which offered the same standard of service that I recieved in Europe. I highly recommend Ella Baché in Joondalup, they exceeded all my expectations.

Terrible customer service. Kept waiting for 20 minutes after being politely greeted and told they would be with me in a minute. After 20 minutes I asked what was going on and was told someone called in sick. They didn't apologise for being late and when I asked why they hadn't told me before so I could have done other things with my time and then come back she said it wasn't company policy to. Geez what about basic courtesy?

Being new to Perth I've tried many places around and here is by far my favourite. Staff are always nice, mature and professional. Well worth the extra few dollars. I come here mostly for bikini waxing. Well trained staff. Nice relaxing rooms with relaxing lighting and music. Thank you to the team at Ella Bache Joondalup.
