Ella Baché - Joondalup

I was given a $100 voucher for Christmas to spend here. When I arrived I was seen by a 'work experience' lady who had not ever done a full massage before. I knew that because I overheard her telling one of the other staff members. Prior to having a massage I had my eye brows done which, were the worst I have ever had, they were not even even and I had to pay to get them done elsewhere. I went to have the massage, which was more of a rub down with oil! Overall the whole experience was very disappointing and certainly not worth the $100. I would not recommend here and I will never return.

Thought I would treat myself after working long hours in hospital. Paid for manicure, did not even get a hand massage and she had to take polish off and redo, which was no better, would definitely not recommend manicure

I went to Ella baché for an eyebrow wax for the first time 8 months ago and I have been going back since. I think it’s because the staff are so nice and friendly and highly experienced I really recommend it!

Very friendly staff. I had the best experience today. Easy access to get to. Helps client understanding by explaining what needs to be done and why some common skin issues occur. I don’t find them being pushy with their products unlike previous reviews. Over all was a good experience! Would recommend

My 2 daughters and I were interstate visiting an ill relative, so we found this place by googling, the staff were genuinely lovely professional and skilled I would totally recommend their waxing services which was what we used. Absolutely value for money and expert services.

All the staff at Joondalup EB are so friendly and helpful. They are always able to recommend products that will help improve my skin, but they aren’t forceful or pushy with trying to make a sale.
Recently had the microdermabrasion facial with Ashra and she was so lovely and knowledgeable. She gave me lots of helpful information about my skin and was super thorough during the treatment. Can’t wait until I’m back again!

I'm a long time client of Ella Bache Joondalup, and I'm not normally one to write reviews but my experience today was so poor I feel pretty stunned. As a regular client, I'm on a list to receive text messages for last minute or discounted treatments which I often take advantage of. Today was one of those treatments. I was taken to a treatment room that looked like it was being used for storage, there was stuff on every available surface, the room was so crammed with things the bed was literally diagonal, facing the doorway (not great for privacy given the nature of the treatment) and the technician couldn't even walk around it. Extremely messy, and not clean. The bed was not prepared, and I was not given any of the usual sanitizing items which is bad enough during normal times, let alone during a pandemic. The technician barged in without knocking (remember the bed is facing the door) and immediately began the hard sell on some products, which I declined. She proceeded to talk about herself non stop, at top volume, swearing regularly, and gave me the roughest, most painful wax ever. I think she was done in about 8 minutes, if that. I was left covered in wax after an extremely substandard treatment, it was certainly not at all thorough. She then left the room without offering me anything to cover myself with, and walked out while I was LITERALLY MID SENTENCE. Rushed, shoddy, extremely unprofessional and not at all what I've come to expect from Ella Bache. Being me, I was too mortified to say anything at the time, but I have the name of the technician should Ella Bache like to speak with me about this. I'm not sure I'll be back.

Just no, treatment was OK, but rude owner/manager on 2 occasions make this a place to be avoided. And trying to flog you products! Came back to counter with over $200 of product being pushed at me!

Come in asking for help with my pigmentation issues, as so much of their advertising claims to treat just that. I speak extensively to one lady who recommends the ipl treatment, tells me the price etc says I would need several treatments to see results. I was excited to get started but no one will treat me until I get a skin cancer check.so I get it done and come back with some vouchers and an appointment ready to start my treatment plan. No one even asks for my dr cert, they wont treat me, apparently what I had been told wont work. I end up having 3 staff members all staring at my face for ages at the front of the store, asking me all sorts of questions, uming and are-ing about what treatment I should get and making me feel as uncomfortable and upset as possible. In the end they refuse to treat me again because oh they need to patch test a numbing cream. If you need to patch test people DONT BOOK THEIR APPOINTMENT, MAYBE TELL THEM THAT ON THE PHONE. No one even cared about the dr cert I had paid to go and get. In the end none of them agree with what treatment to do, they want me to sign a bunch of documents that say it's ok if I spend hundreds of dollars and see no improvement at all. The nurse who works there works from home, I am given her card and told to go to her house for cheaper treatments. I contact her trying to make appointments and she is so unprofessional and doesnt seem to care about booking me in. So I show up to Ella Bache AGAIN to just use my vouchers and get skin needling done. I get yet another different lady who stares at me asking me the same damn questions and telling me skin needling isnt the treatment I should get I need to get so and so instead. I am just drained, completely over it and so upset by this point. I cant believe that when I go to them for help with a skin issue that they claim to be able to fix.the absolutely ridiculous and appalling service I received. No one wanted to help me, and that nurse who is telling Ella Bache customers to come to her home for appointments instead and then not helping them. It's all just one big slap in the face and I wouldnt recommend you to anyone. I was feeling so bad about myself but wow did you guys make me feel SO much worse. And the cost of your treatments is a joke

Had the micro and peel special for $75 for 30 minutes

Staff were very accommodating and friendly

Only downfall was I feel the micro wasn't hard/intense enough so my skin was not as great as it usually is after micro (could be because it was an express session)

I was treated by my partner to a lovely 2hr pamper sesh which included a facial and swedish massage. I saw the reviews and was a little worried but i can assure you that everything was amazing. I had the fantastic April looking after me and I can hands down say it was one of the best facials and massages I have ever had. I will definitely be back

Worst dermabrasion i have ever got. As i have had dermabrasion before it is suppose to be quite relaxing. When getting your dead skin cells vacuumed she hurt me to the point where i needed to say something. The music was very high volume and could not relax either. She didn't explain any of the products she was putting on my face and simply just left me in the room with something on my face.i will never return here again and i wouldn't recommend anyone to go joondalup ella Bache!
