Best facial i have had in a long time. All the girls were so lovely and welcoming! Will definitely be going back on a regular.

Regrettably, I was unable to honor my scheduled appointment due to illness. My attempt to seek rescheduling or a refund from the service provider through Groupon proved futile, as they categorized my absence as a 'no show' and cited the necessity of compensating their staff. It is worth noting that the establishment in question does not experience high demand, as evidenced by the consistent availability of appointment slots. Although I acknowledge the establishment's adherence to their policy, which stipulates the forfeiture of a refund for missed appointments without a 24-hour cancellation notice, it is not uncommon for reputable businesses to exercise flexibility and demonstrate empathy in such circumstances. Consequently, I perceive this incident as an unfortunate expenditure of my hard-earned funds due to unforeseen illness. It is also worth considering that individuals resorting to Groupon for services may often be facing economic challenges within the industry, which raises questions about the ethical implications of this situation, ultimately leading me to contemplate the role of karma in these circumstances. I had previously visited the establishment a few years ago, and during that visit, their persistent attempts to sell their products placed me in an uncomfortable position, creating a sense of almost being compelled to make a purchase. This persistence nearly led to an inadvertent expenditure of $300 on skincare products. Fortunately, I managed to resist their sales pitches and decline their offers on no fewer than ten occasions.

Had the best facial ever with koshie. This was my first ever facial and she made me feel very comfortable and I left knowing alot more about what products I should be using

I feel so pretty after seeing Koshie at Ella Bache in Joondalup for a lash lift and tint and a facial! I'm OBSESSED with my lashes! They look prettier than any mascara I've ever worn The facial was such a beautiful experience, from the atmosphere to the products to the massage treatment. With glowy skin and lashes like this, who even needs makeup? ! Thank you so much

I went here for a spray on tan. I have had a few in the past so have a general understanding of what I’d like the final product to look like. I asked for the darker of the two colours offered to me. Once it developed it wasn’t actually far off my own skin tone. It wasn’t blended over any joint areas so once it dries it let me looking a bit dirty. Not that I needed their advise as I have been given it before but I was given next to no advice on how to care for my tan to prolong it. That being said the ladies were friendly and happy to discuss their products if I asked any questions.

Love the service and all the work the girls here do. I have had wax treatments, laser and a piercing done and really happy with everything. Would definitely recommend.

Visiting from Ireland & had a fabulous LED facial from Ashra. My skin never looked this good - glowing & healthy. Ashra is such a skin expert and gave me lots of brilliant skincare tips. 5 stars

Absolutely love this place, went in for a facial and this lovely lady Soraya gave me full skin advice and tips on how to proceed. I’m new to skincare, and she explained my skin type and daily care in a way I could understand. Incredibly helpful, brilliant service, would definitely come again! Thank you Soraya!

Had my eyebrows shaped and from the moment I walked in the girls were fabulous. Have been to a number of different places around Oz for my brows and never walked out completely happy than I did yesterday. Keep those bubbly personalities and shaping skills ladies. One stoked lady who barely finds time to look in the mirror.

Had a spray tan here the other day and it turned out perfect- no patches and a really lovely shade

Have had the best experiences here. When my micro-needling ended up causing a break out, the staff specialised a skin care regimen and gave me two healing facials for no extra charge. Their advice was amazing and valuable. Highly recommend.

I had my first experience with Brianna the other day, with a facial and lash lift + tint. 10/10, all of the staff were super kind, and Brianna is absolutely amazing, with a skin diagnosis and informing me of products and strategies to implement in my routine to target my problem areas. The lash lift as well is absolutely beautiful. The money I payed for my services is definitely worth the quality of treatment I recieved. Will be going back every month! Definitely recommend.

I bought 3 facials on Groupon and enjoyed all 3 with 2 different lovely ladies. I enjoyed so much I gave another one as a gift, Unfortunately they had a very different experience with Krissy. Only lasted approx 20 minutes. She offered a peel at extra cost $40 (mine was included each time) and made little to no effort to make it a relaxing experience. Offered all the extra stuff in terminology they didn’t understand and I think because she knew she couldn’t upsell she just rushed them in and out. Very disappointing, it wasn’t worth the $49 let alone the supposedly $120.

Not the best facial experience, skin feels tight and still oily from the moisturiser used. A facial with no face massage? Experience did not feel like a pamper, felt rushed. Paid for 45mins facial & 20mins massage. All was done in 45mins as, the response was "an add on request is part of the 45mins treatment! "

Staff are lovely and have great knowledge and expertise. Always immaculately clean, great specials and last minute deals.

Owner is very kind and helpful lady. Goes beyond to help you with your need. Makes you feel valued.
