The perfect combination of flowers and chocolate. I’ve always thought flowers were a waste of money cause they’re useless and just die but chocolate flowers? Well that’s a double winner!
No internal communication amongst the staffs. Paid extra for Valentine's Day delivery, which didn't happened. Then received an apologetic email and promised the delivery will be made and vouchers will be given to make up the delay delivery. Then received another email about refund being made. If you expect good communication and customer service I would not recommend this company.
And obviously no delivery was made to my order because they processed the refund instead.
My husband ordered an arrangement for my birthday today. It did not arrive but Edible Blooms told my husband that it was delivered. Every time he calls them, the are unreachable with a "user busy" message. I've also tried to call and it's the same deal. Let's see what happens next Whatever their reasons, if you pay for a product and it's not delivered then it is a SCAM!
My parents were very happy with the edible bouquet of roses that I got delivered to them in celebration of their wedding anniversary. A bouquet my father could actually also enjoy too!
Had a good experience, delivered when i expected, and I had a bunch of questions that they answered very quickly over email. Overall was pretty impressed, couldn't ask for much more
The company that take the orders are far away from the stores. Therefore, a simple order becomes a nightmare! I spent 30 to 40 dallors abroad talking to these people wherever in Australia they are. They can’t give you a reason for the ‘glitch’. You pay full price for the delivery to be on time and the place the bouquet is supposed to.delivered to is just up the street. But no they messed that up after guaranteeing it.they want allow UBER to pick it up either. It was suppose to go to her work, Since they messed that up the driver cannot leave it in a secure location at her apartment. Then who can leave chocolate outside in hot Australia weather. It got worse and worse talking with them. Poor poor service! The whole element of surprise would have been lost too with what they were suggesting.
