47 Despite having a positive experience in the past, my recent purchase and the subsequent customer service from Edible Blooms was beyond disappointing. I ordered the high tea tower as a gift for my friend for her 30th birthday, with the intention of sharing it with her and some close friends. The high tea did not arrive until after 5pm meaning all our friends had needed to leave by then and the birthday girl did not get a chance to enjoy her high tea for her birthday. Who would be eating a high tea after 5pm? When I raised this with Edible Blooms and mentioned that the donuts had already started to go stale the next day, they showed very little sympathy and had no interest in resolving the issue for me. I mentioned that I was disappointed and would likely reflect these feelings in my review. They didn’t respond to this email but now I have found they have removed the high tea tower from their website meaning I can’t leave a review for that product. Whether this has been done to prevent me from leaving a review or if it is because they realise it is unreasonable to have people purchase a high tea that will potentially not arrive until the evening, I do not know. I find this to be an extremely unprofessional way to deal with the issue, especially given their poor attempts to communicate with me directly regarding the issue. And to top it all off, I found the items on the tower to be very underwhelming, particularly considering this tower costs $140! Or perhaps this was because the desserts had been sitting in a truck for the entire day before we received them as they have told me the would have been made first thing in the morning! This whole experience has really left me feeling that Edible Blooms don’t care at all about their customers nor the experience of the gift recipient.

As already mentioned in my review and in an email sent to your customer service, the issue is that the nature of the gift (being a high tea with fresh desserts and fruit) is not conducive with being delivered, or enjoyed by the recipient, in the evening. I believe it is reasonable to assume a gift like this would arrive earlier in the day so it would be helpful if the website had a clearer warning on this particular product that delivery can be as late as 9pm. However, the main issue I have now is how this has been dealt with. Both yourself and the customer service officer I emailed previously have failed to show any kind of understanding of the situation yet the product has since been removed from the website. So the company clearly sees the issue with offering this product with your current delivery timeframes as they are but refuses to acknowledge that to their customers. Very disappointing.
As usual they were delicious They were for my dad in his nursing home and he loved them. They were delivered right on time.packed to perfection.just wonderful?
Sister-in-law in Bundaberg was thrilled with her surprise birthday gift and said it was such a luxury and treat as Bundaberg had nothing like it! My husband, her brother, was thrilled that i could organise a wonderful gift so easily.win Win Win.
I used this service to send a gift to my sister who lived in Perth. She absolutely loved the different varieties of chocolate and the pink slippers were her favourite. It definitely put a smile on her face. Thank you for your prompt service and exceptional delivery. Will definitely use your service again in the near future.

I received my birthday gift from Edible Bloom sent by a friend outside Australia. She was happy when i sent her the video and said better than expected.the cake and chocolate was sooooo yummy and the packaging was more so lovely

Exceptional service, I placed an order last minute and was not expecting it to arrive on the date I requested. However it did and the product it self was amazing. Very happy with everything the contact with the delivery, how the product was and how great the team are. I have ordered before and will definitely be ordering more in the future, highly recommend thank you for your fabulous work.
I was lucky enough to win a year's worth of edible blooms a while back and they've got me hooked. Ruined me for regular flower bouquets or gift hampers with off brand crackers and weird jams but no cheese. They're my go to for delightful deliveries to my family and friends. I've recently had a couple of deliveries to my daughter and my brother and his partners 50th and I'm about to get one for a friend who just had a baby girl. They're amazing. Beautiful to look at, full of delicious treats and they're not stupidly expensive. They have all sorts of cool gift boxes and bouquets-not just chocolates and donuts. I would give them ten stars if I could.
I have now ordered a few times from Edible Blooms and they never disappoint. Next day delivery is great especially with my last order as I had left it to the last minute but was able to send my friend a lovely chocolate bouquet in time for her birthday the next day.
I recently placed an order over the phone with Edible Blooms for a delivery to be made the night before my Cousin’s wedding for her to celebrate with her fiancée. I provided multiple contact details and they had my email as well. Well, the wedding came and went with no delivery and the bride and groom delayed their dinner plans as I was advised delivery would be between 3-5PM with no later than 7PM on a Friday. I then left Edible Blooms a voicemail and a detailed email and they never replied. I tried to call them back and couldn’t get through so I dialed to be kept in the queue.no call back.
I then called them back again and finally got through. I was advised that one of the items in my delivery was out of stock and therefore they had decided not to deliver anything, but no one had ever communicated this to me or my cousin from 5 days ago. I am grateful that the second lady I spoke to took the time to really make sure that the delivery would actually take place (she is the only reason that this is even worth a single star), but I spent literally hours on the phone trying to organise a simple delivery. The only compensation I was offered was an extra $10 of chocolates in an alternate bouquet instead of a box as it was the only size available.
In summary, I will not be using Edible Blooms services again, nor will I be recommending them to anyone else due to gross incompetence.
Furthermore, after reading other one star reviews, receiving an “I’m so sorry” reply at some stage really will not cut it as you’ve ruined the night before my Cousin’s wedding … you can’t take that back with an apology.
Easy to order, range is impressive and delivery was on time and special. The recipient was overjoyed as she had to spend her significant birthday alone due to lockdown. Will use Edible Blooms often. Thank you so much. XX

My daughter (whom lives in New Zealand) ordered and paid for a Mother's Day Hamper to be delivered to me here in Perth. It was suppose to be delivered on Fri 7th May. I called on Fri to ask for an ETA, they said it had been dispatched and would arrive by 5pm or 7pm at the latest, nothing turned up.
I waited until 10am Sat morning but still nothing so I called them, AGAIN. They then told me that it had gotten lost in transit and that they had organised a replacement to be delivered to me by THE END OF NEXT WEEK!
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
I then replied " Mother's day is tomorrow, why would I want it a WEEK LATER"?
1. Why was my daughter not informed WHEN they noticed that it had been lost in transit? They had her email details.
2. Would they have even notified and informed my daughter of the replacement or would we just be waiting like dogs?
3. Why is it that I had to contact the shop TWICE to see what was happening?
4. The shop is only in Subiaco and I am in Morley, could they not have given us other options or thought of other options? I could've picked it up myself
5. Lack of communication, no consideration and no thought of customer service satisfaction, VERY DISSAPPOINTED to say the least, Thank you for ruining my Mother's Day
Fantastic service, they corrected my order and even improved my order by adding extras. Was so beautiful just in time for Valentines Day. Even they were super busy, they still had time to get my order done. Awesome job

On Friday I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my Grandma in Augusta. I knew I would miss mothers day deadlline, ETA on site was Tuesday 12th May. I was super shocked when My Grandma called on Saturday to let me know she had received my surprise! I dont know how you got it there so quickly! Thank you so much for your quick and easy transaction, you made both our days and the bouquet looks really pretty, Ive been told its pretty tasty too:)
When on the website I noticed that for orders over $120 there was no delivery fee. I was ready to purchase a product over $200 only to find this did not apply to my product: (I asked if they could do something about it and was basically told.the computer says no! Needless to say I went elsewhere - got more for less and NO delivery fee. VERY disappointed and saddened by this.
Loved it, I got a strawberry and chocolate bouquet ordered by my partner (from America) for Valentine’s Day and it was super cute with fresh strawberries. Definitely brought a smile to my face!
Thank you Edible Blooms for this wonderful gift. It was packaged very well and sturdy in a box with an ice pack to keep it fresh.
Might want to look at edible arrangements, an American based company that does something similar to expand ;)
