Edible Blooms

Ordered on the 21/4 for my mums birthday on the 28/4. The website asked me what day I wanted it delivered on and I stated the 28/4. But it hasnt even arrived yet. Is it not bad enough that I cant visit my mum for for her birthday that her present doesnt even arrive on time. I chose edible blooms because they have a perth office assuming it would come from here but it came from Adelaide. I wont using or recommending them. Very disappointed.

I ordered Sixty Hearts Golden Chocolate Bouquet to suprise my husband for our 10 year Wedding Anniversary. The minute I walked in to pick it up I was absolutely blown away. It was amazing and so beautiful. It had certainly exceeded my expectations. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Greeted you the minute you walk in and so friendly. I would definitely recommend Edible Blooms to anyone. Needless to say my husband being a massive chocolate lover not only was surprised when he returned back to work and saw it but was absolutely in heaven with all the chocolate lol.

Placed my order on the weekend for delivery Wednesday-60th Wedding Anniversary gift for my brother & wife, as I live on the other side of Australia it didn't get there for the day which is a once in not to many peoples life time - very disappointed I wanted to surprise them

I used to like Edible Blooms, but not anymore. Your website showed an item that was available, which I purchased and paid for express delivery to Melbourne for the next day. On the day of delivery, it turned out the item was not available. Instead of calling me, you emailed me with attachments, which, of course went to my junk mail. Wouldn't you think it's logical, common sense even, to call if my mobile number was provided on the form? By the time I found the email, it was far too late in the day. I have sent a response email and I still haven't received a phone call or response email back. I have tried to call but nobody answered and the automated system on your 1300 number just hangs up on me. This is just not good enough. If your items are not available, then don't make them available on your website. If the delivery is on the same day and there are issues, pick up the phone! It's too late for an alternative birthday gift now. I'd like a full refund please and I will be sure not to use your services again. Extremely disappointed in your customer service. Please have someone call me back to resolve this asap, you have my details.

I ordered 4 "you’re worth your weight in gold” buckets which arrived without the sticker so it was just an odd bucket of only gold chocolates. Had to explain to my staff the intention which just took away some of the specialness of a thoughtful gesture.

I sent 2 edible bloom gifts 1 to my dad for father's day and 1 to my niece for her birthday they where both beautiful and really made them feel special thankyou.

Standard delivery from Sydney to Canberra took 2 weeks to arrive. Not informed there was a delay in sending and was sitting at post office. Chocolate then arrived broken - for amount paid very unimpressed

Bloom received on the day and time requested at Como Treasury accommodation to coincide with their arrival. Beautifully presented, excellent quality and great price for the fabulous bouquet.
