58 This practice is a circus, made a booking for a phone appointment at 10.15, still waiting at 1.00pm when l rang to enquire l got through after 5 calls only to be put on hold and forgotten when l rang again the receptionist was clearly hostile and rude, on top of that they have been unable to get on top of a medical condition l have been battling with so lm off to another clinic
Good riddance
The lovely silly old man in reception isn’t quite up to the task. On several occasions I have found him to be rude and obnoxious. Appointments and time have been wasted due to his incompetence. Might be easier to go down the road
Even a star is being generous. This practice is horrible my mother was doubled over in pain almost to the point of collapse. The receptionist was rude and unempathatic to the point I couldn't imagine by health professional. She was hinting that we were inconveniencing her. I will never be coming back ever again nor be recommending this practice. Absolutely appalling behaviour, beyond belief, that practices like this exist.
Have repeatedly issued me the incorrect script and charged for correcting it being explicitly directly told by staff that making sure I get the correct script is on me not the medical professional. Prices are highly
inconsistent as it depends on which individual doctor chooses to charge any given person/situation. Also persistently running late and doctors are often rude.
Called up a couple of days ago to book a long appointment over the phone, took 10 minutes to get All my details, it’s the morning of and I hadn’t received any confirmation emails or texts, so I rang up and got told “it’s not here, just come in at 8: 50” and they hung up on me, didn’t even ask my name or anything.
Worse place ever. Can’t recommend it at all. The lady Dr doesn’t even check my baby ears and temp. Left complaint and no one ever get back to me. Customer service just terrible. Stay away from this place
Extremely long waiting for kids vaccinations. I was waiting more than 40 mins and reception told me system said I only here 9 mins. They also told me because they lighted system late, I have to wait another 5 kids in front of my son.
Absolute rudeness from two doctors I have seen. They are obviously very unhappy with their lives. A little hello and a smile instead of a grunt will get you a lot further in life. And please don’t talk to adults like they are stupid. Receptionist not much better. Both times ended up going somewhere else.
The receptionist here is so incredibly rude. I tried to make my appt a phone appt instead of in person. He canceled my appt without explanation and hung up on me. I’ve been going here for 6 months because the doctor I see is really lovely. But I have had nothing but a terrible experience with the reception and have been forced to go elsewhere.
Lots of lovely, helpful doctors, nurses and receptionists. We have been coming here now for 15 years. Very happy with the service.
Rude, obnoxious, very unpleasant experience dealing with reception, not a good way to run any business
Customer service was horrible, the male receptionist was grumpy and not welcoming for our first visit. Kept going off and completing other tasks when he was serving us.
My experience with the reception staff and the doctors have been excellent. Polite and approachable on every occasion until very recently. There has been some changes on reception with staff who have also very helpful until my most recent experience with a male who I later discovered he was the actual not only acting as receptionist, he was the practice manager and owner of the practice. I was astounded how ‘Michael’ the manager handled my request in rectifying errors on a medical report through a telephone conversation. He assumed his authority in changing not only the wording but, refusing to acknowledge or listen to what I was trying to say. I was completely cut off and the phone was slammed down. I called the practice again and asked Michael if I could speak to the manager and Michael threatened me with the police for harassment and not informing me at this point he was the manager. I was extremely upset and travelled to the practice to sort out my request which should have already been dealt with. Michael was at reception not making any eye contact and I then informed that Michael was indeed the actual manager. I shall never use this practice again whilst this man is present at the practice. The staff are amazing except for this individual who is very aggressive in his manner and should not be allowed to be employed in customer services.
One star is being generous… I made a request over the phone before my appointment, the receptionist yelled nasty things at me over the phone and hung up.
I don’t think someone that aggressive should be working in a customer service role in the medical field. Very disappointed, and will never return!
The owner is terrible. I wouldn't know where to even begin with him. He's rude, obnoxious, racist and loud.he will happily yell your results over the phone in front of many patients in the waiting room.he's even racist to one of his staff in front of everyone, and she's the most nicest caring nurse they have.he's in the wrong industry to be honest.he should hire someone who's way more approachable, well mannered and way more professional to handle the surgery. Anyone else would do a far better job than him.he's costing himself a lot of money with the unprofessional attitude he has.
There's a handful of doctors that are truly amazing and I wish they had a better boss. Dr smita samuelraj, Dr James caldow, Dr Arno Erasmus, and Dr miraelsa Ruiz are awesome doctors! I always highly recommend them to everyone that needs a doctor.if this review was based on just the doctors id give them 5 stars.
So I had scheduled an appointment, I have tried calling 7 times to reschedule. No ones answering.
Booked an appointment for my baby to be seen who has a chest infection. Waited outside (my attempt to social distance her from others) for an hour without being seen before my baby had had enough. This was my first time back at this practice for about 20years since I was a kid and unfortunately it hasn't changed. Obviously they don't manage bookings or allocate appropriate time for patients to be seen. It was really disappointing as well that when I gave feedback that they need to address patient wait times there was no empathy or responsibility. They said 'sorry' but this sounded very hollow and rehearsed and essentially just blamed the doctor for running late as if there is nothing they can do.
I made a simple request for an appointment but the practice manager/ owner Michael (not a doctor) was exceptionally rude on the phone. Appalling customer service just lost them a potential family of clients. Strongly recommend avoiding this medical centre!
There is a clear rift between staff and management of this practise. I raised some concerns over inconsistency in fees charged and some rather terse comments I'd received from one of the GP's. I had discussion with the practice manager where I thought as a long term customer/patient of this place that he would at least listen; instead I was told in a rather intimidating tone that it's "buyer beware" and all my fault that I'd run into these problems. I chose not to share with him some of the comments staff have made about this man's approach to management. The GP's are mostly wonderful, receptionists very helpful and nice.
I called to make an appointment for a COVID vaccine for my son who is 37. According to Australian Government website he is eligible now due to a neurological condition. The arrogant, rude and totally disrespectful receptionist went crazy! Wouldn’t let me get a word in and then hung up on me!
