Overcharged as an ‘extended consult’. Apparently it took Dr Koh ‘longer than expected’ to diagnose my daughter’s sore throat as a viral infection. He didn’t even need to write a script.
When I questioned this the rude receptionist said ‘look Lady, I don’t want to start a fight about this’. Fortunately for him I had a poorly 6 year old with me or a fight is exactly what he would have for addressing me in such a manner when a civilised response to my query is all that was required. This is after he had asked me to take a photograph of a doctor’s letter and send it to another patient because he could not figure out his phone. When I told him I was not comfortable with this he was rude and insulting - nevermind the gross invasion of patient confidentiality for both me and the other patient had I agreed to do this.
I see there are already several complaints about this particular receptionist as well as the billing at this practise. He is definitely in the wrong occupation. Or perhaps just overdue for retirement.

Shocking service. Twice in the last month they’ve lost SKG and blood test results. I spent a day trying to call and follow up and was finally told by the manager that he was too busy to follow it up and to ring myself. What a waste of money for terrible and rude service

HORRENDUS! Called Reception to politely ask a question before my appointment, was verbally abused by the Receptionist! Very aggressive and ranting. Called back to speak to Practice Manager about what had happened and he hung up on me! Clearly should not be working around people.

I have been visiting this clinic for over 4 years now as it is the closest to where I live. I have always received a mediocre service but I have lived with it.
Yesterday, I called to book an appointment as I had been in NSW in the last two weeks and I could not book online.the lady says I can get a phone appoitnment and I replied it was okay if it was the only way. I have been undergoing heaps of sadness and grief from the death of a beloved one. She said she will find out if I can go there. Since then, I have not received any calls and I have called over 10 times as I need help.
This is surprising as it is okay for a fastfood chain not to take calls, but not for a medical center.
I would urge the business owners to look intot this.

This practice is a circus, made a booking for a phone appointment at 10.15, still waiting at 1.00pm when l rang to enquire l got through after 5 calls only to be put on hold and forgotten when l rang again the receptionist was clearly hostile and rude, on top of that they have been unable to get on top of a medical condition l have been battling with so lm off to another clinic

The lovely silly old man in reception isn’t quite up to the task. On several occasions I have found him to be rude and obnoxious. Appointments and time have been wasted due to his incompetence. Might be easier to go down the road

I have always had a great experience with this surgery when I have seen Dr Samuelraj. She is always professional, and takes her time finding out what the problem is. She is caring, doesn't rush me out and is always helpful and polite. It's taken me a while to find a great doctor and I'm so glad I've found one. The centre is very lucky to have her. Kelly

Even a star is being generous. This practice is horrible my mother was doubled over in pain almost to the point of collapse. The receptionist was rude and unempathatic to the point I couldn't imagine by health professional. She was hinting that we were inconveniencing her. I will never be coming back ever again nor be recommending this practice. Absolutely appalling behaviour, beyond belief, that practices like this exist.

Awful experience. Unprofessional, rude and uncaring man on reception. Not what you need with an unwell 7 week old baby. Should have just gone straight to the children's hospital and saved our time and money. Will never return to this place.

Receptionist at the front desk is rude, defensive and seriously needs to work on his customer service skills. The doctor we saw eventually just sent us to the hospital. Do not waste your time with this place.

Ex 20yr Military member. Very professional GP's that I have seen. Particularly - Very grateful to Dr Smita for her ongoing support and compassion in working with me.and DVA.
Busy practice - so sometimes appointment times have on occassion been slightly delayed to accommodate those more in need.

The guy at the front counter humiliated us in front of all of the patients, started whistling behind the counter, their was a phone call made by a paitent who had an injury on their foot and needed immediate care and once the guy finished the phone call he yelled out the patients concern and shared it with all the customers when it was supposed to be confidential. The doctor we saw wasn’t very friendly, no eye contact, room was antarctic cold. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISGUSTING. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Such a horrible reception we have ever spoken to! He was so rude over the phone and accused my colleague without keeping the conversation professional! Happy to talk to manager about it!

Went here several times. The latest, I waited over half an hour for an appointment that I booked, when I questioned the desk about how much longer it was taking, they told me it would be another 20 min of waiting! It was the start of the day, ie terrible time management. This was the final straw after quite a few terrible experiences, including one that made my 6 year old son cry after a doctor raised his voice at him for movig while burning a wart off and then attempting to physically restrain him. Thankfully my wife was there to stop the Doctor. We'll never be back!

Worst receptionist! DO NOT GO THERE if you can go somewhere else. I had to take my daughter to there on Sunday because i didnt want to wait, worried if she gets more sick. The man on the phone (receptionist) was so rude. When i told him my name on the phone he could not find me in the system. And then i said to him there is a weird because i have been there before. And then he checked again and said to me oh your name spelling with Sera rather than Sarah. He said you should have spelt that for me so i could find you. I said to him, i did spelt it for you when i first told you my name because it's unusual i know. And then he ignored and said the same thing. I said I did spelt it. And then he said oh must be your children in the background! (My kids playing around me while i was on the phone). How funny!

I asked him if the clinic bulkbill ppl and he said they only bulkbill children not adults. Surprisingly, he also said "you know we gotta pay for staffs and doctors on a Sunday, doctors are not cheap on Sundays. " I was like i dont need to know, i just need to know whether i would pay for it.

I went there and waited for nearly an hour, with 2 kids, 1 year old and 3 year old. 3 families came after us have seen the doctor before me! I then asked him, how long more should we wait? And he said oh you are the next! No explanation no apologies at all.

Fortunately, the doctor we saw was good, she was new there but very patient and professional.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon after cutting my heel on some coral in the sea, doc cleaned it out and stiched it up and told me I would be fine in a few days, I could barely walk for a week and when I went back to have stiches out he said it might be infected but nothing to worry about. I went to get a second opinion elsewhere and they found coral was in my Achilles and something was clearly in there! I had an infection from it and needed major surgery, made much worse by the fact I had walked around with it for over one week! I wish I had gone straight to ED but doc said it would be fine and he was able to sort it.

Do not waste your time here people. Saw a Dr whom cannot write simple blood tests due to “ legality” reasons and other drs treating me? I come from the country and see numerous drs who write various blood tests regularly. Nothing out of the ordinary just run of the mill tests. Total waste of money. The I get charged twice by the same dr, whom decided to up my fee for doing absolutely nothing? What a bizarre experience. People at front desk very polite amongst it all.

My goodness. Dr Hobman got the diagnosis wrong and was confused and disorganized. Amazingly his attitude was even worse - dismissive and did not like answering questions - as humbly as they were phrased. I can do better for my child's health.
