Dr Morgan, Is the best Doctor I’ve ever had, would give 5 stars, but the hour wait tonight and watching the cleaner walk around with cleaning spray and one rag was disgusting. He
Cleaned the bloods room #2, then cleaned the toilets (heard the lids of toilets banging around, followed by him walking out and wiping down the reception desk and area with the same orange rag.

Rude man on phone banned me from attending their practice again for “wasting their time” after I asked multiple times for test results for my sick baby to be sent to my regular GP. Unbelievable.

Most unorganized receptionist, they changed my appointment multiple times because they made mistakes with booking me in wrong doctor. Spent over an hour waiting for a doctor to see me. Receptionist was rude and cut me off constantly and then called me on a moblie number multiple time to keep changing my appointment. Would recomend they look into new receptionists.

I found the service of Duncraig Medical Centre to be poor. The man that was behind the front desk was disgustingly rude to the other receptionists by pushing them out of their chairs and quietly hurling insults in front of me and other clients. After when I went to see the nurse she was blank faced and lacked any kind of friendliness. I could not believe this, never again will I come back to this place.

Dr Arno Erasmus was amazing! The best doctor my wife and I have ever seen. He listened to the medical issues very patiently and then explained everything very rationally and gave great advise and solution. Will definitely be going back to see him!

Wish I'd read the reviews prior to presentation. Basically as noted, Dr did not examine my son or really show interest in problem. Might as well just burn $80 in the car park. Yes open Sundays, but go somewhere else.

Brought my one year old daughter here on Monday. After a 5 min visit the doctor didn’t even check her temp and said she was probably going through a fussy phase and sent us home. Later than day we rushed her to hospital with a temp of 41 and sever tonsillitis! What doctor doesn’t take a babies temperature and can’t see red and swollen tonsils! It’s standard check up procedure! Don’t go here if you want to be treated properly!

Follow up appointment was a completely unnecessary as the doctor had already referred me to Joondalup. I live 30 minutes away and had to wait for 45 minutes in reception for a 10am appointment. Poor service.

I have been using this surgery for over 20 years, there are some great doctors here but unfortunately the reception staff are hopeless!

Decided to leave this practice because of the poor bedside manner of a couple of the GPs I've seen here. Just called to get my records released to my new GP and was advised I would need to pay $38 to get my records released? Excuse me? Who's records are they? I would have thought given they relate to my medical history they belong to me and as explained by the reception staff you only have to email my medical file so I really can't see how you justify that fee. Sorry, but on principle I refuse to give you one cent more of my money.

My Mother who is mid eighties and lives alone receives wonderful, overall care from Dr Hobman at this Practice. He is very holistic in her care, is respectful and listens carefully to her personal wishes.
We are very grateful that she has found such a good GP.

Living nearby, I am a regular client for 15 years. My regular GP is there and I enjoy quality and prompt professional services. It is conveniently located with ample parking space, has its own medical laboratory and a podiatrist. It's even possible to book an appointment on line now.

This has been my family's local GP clinic for around ten years and there are some good doctors there, however if I have an appointment for a certain time I expect to either be seen at that time or be called and informed that they are running late. The last four appointments I have made there have resulted in approximately up to and over a 30min wait time with no apologies and doctors that seem almost agitated to take $75 dollars off me for a 10min consultation. If I ran my business that way I know I would be loosing customers! The availability of a couple of good doctors there is spararical and you are often left to choose from second rate doctors if you need someone at short notice! I have never written a review before but you have managed to piss me right off!

Lots of doctors, open after hours, the wait is never overly long, kids are bulk billed; this is my go-to medical centre.

Staff at front counter are generally helpful and call back if you request a cancellation spot. Drs Milligan, Prior and Gecan have all been extremely helpful and professional. It's nice being able to see the same Dr upon request.

Firstly this place is not bulk billing dispute it said it was on health engine (how I found this Center)
Secondly the doctor I saw for my infected swollen painful finger laughed at me and said it's not infected but gave me a needle and told me to go home and try to pop it myself.
So few days later I finally was able my usual GP and took one look at it and sent me to sir Charlie's hospital to have strong antibiotics and it all cut out as the infection could have gotten into my bones.
Absolute morion!
Will never be coming back here again.

As a new patient going into the practice I found front desk staff rude and arrogant in the way that patients are treated.
I was charged $120 for a 10 min visit which I have never been charged in any GP surgery. When asked to come back for a follow up I was charged another $120 for a five minute visit which should free as in every other surgery. This day light robbery and will never return again BE WARNED

Called up to check they were running on time, I was advised to wait home for 10 minutes. Once we arrived we waited another 40 minutes, when I asked what was happening I was advised to reschedule the appointment. No apologie and terrible customer service. We will not be returning.
