49Useless! Got the pizza wrong twice! And then the manager told me that he made the pizza when I specified saw a female staff member make it. Can’t make a pizza to save their lives and lie to customers.
Ordered 5 items, waited an hour to receive the delivery, except only 2 items were delivered, one of which was cold! Driver had absolutely no clue on what was ordered despite having a receipt.
I had pizza today and had vomiting because of that pizza. I ordered deluxe veg pizza but it was awful. Worst experience. Poor customer service and worst pizzas only in Gosnells
Worst customer service especially over the phone while taking orders. They don't know what deals on now and how to upsell customers and give a best experience. I been few times and every time not satisfied at all. Undertrained staff: - (
We ordered the $5 menu pizza the weeks before from Dominos Beechboro. Gorgeous and yummy.
Same pizza from Dominos Gosnells and found to be full of cheese and pizza sauce.
Hardly any meat.
Not going back until the management sorts it out.
I ordered 2 pizzas 1 cheesy garlic bread 1 chocolate lava cake and 1 of the new strawberry drinks.the pizzas were just warm, the cheesy garlic bread all the cheese had run off into the box, the lava cake was broken and had started running out the box. And to top it all off no cream on top of the drink as advertised.i rang the store no answer message bank was full. Tryed ringing 3 times then looked online, they were closed. Very disappointed.where do we get our money back? Like advertised on t.v. What a joke
The 3 times I have been to this store I have been so disappointed! The service is poor, the staff lack any customer service or motivation. Tonight my order sat for 10 mins while I was waiting instore, the garlic bread was NOT cooked and was like dough and the pizza cold! I am so angry and will be telling others of my experience!
My experience tonight was appalling. We ordered 9 pizzas at 5.30pm for 8.30pm and it is currently 9.30pm. The website says the shop is open until 1 am and we have just spoken to Kelmscott Dominos who mentioned you are closed, what a joke. You have our $120. No one let us know that the shop was being closed earlier, we have been waiting and calling for an hour. Terrible service.
