Domino's Pizza Gosnells

Manager, young Lady. Answered the phone made thick shakes and out pizza order. Super friendly. Great service, Pizza's tasted delicious. Thank you!

2 pieces of pepperoni per slice, called to complain offered garlic bread next time I order. Tried to complain online, it won’t submit. Pathetic

We ordered pizza and garlic bread. The bread was raw and cold and the pizzas had minimal toppings under cooked and the worst we have ever had from there. Don’t order

Worst customer service ever! Not only was our order 20 minutes late. Pizza was half cold. They forgot garlic bread. I rang up the person on the phone was rude, cut me off before I could finish my sentence and hung up on me

Very rude customer service. The promo doesn't reflect itself to what it tells in from their website. You need to train your staff in customer service and knowledge on the promo of it what it tells.

Like to know how u can prepare cook and package then deliver from gozzie to Maddo all in space of 15mins in fact was ready in under 10mins, would explain why cheese not cooked properly not cut properly either tomato sauce basically running of pizza f.hopeless!

Ordered off door dash got a confirmation email from the restaurant and the dasher was on the way for over an hour but never showed up so called the manager and hung up on us over 3 times and was not helpful at all just saying he hasn’t gotten an order all day even suggested to come to the restaurant and show him the confirmation email and all the proof on doordash and still didn’t give us the order even tho I spent over $70 and also when we tried calling them back after he hung up on me twice was refusing to answer the calls and was putting us on hold the customer service was horrible, highly suggest not to order from this domino’s

We waited 30 minutes got order wrong then told my husband should of cost more. Gave us some free Barbacue chicken balls they were dry and over cooked not happy.

Garbage probably the worst pizza I've had in my entire life. Hawaiian with 3 bits of pineapple on it and supreme that had no flavour there thin crust is thiner than cardboard with about the same flavour never will I order dominos again

Extra large Hawaiian pizza (request no cheese), but had very little pineapple, little bit of ham, tiny smear of sauce. Plus extra large is less than 30cm, so it's really just a small regular size. (So how tiny is their large? Biscuit sized?) See photo.

I ordered peppy paneer but there was no paneer (cheese). How you can say peppy paneer if there is no paneer. Moreover, too much wastage of time to back and wait to get new order. Ridiculous

Their pizzas never seem to improve!
I ordered from them after one whole year and it’s still really doughy! I have been ordering from Thornlie store and their pizza is so damn delicious, cooked perfectly and never doughy. It’s annoying as gosnells’ one is like 2 mins from my house but I have to order from Thornlie for better quality pizza. Please call up the Thornlie branch and seek tips/ideas on how to improve your pizzas.
My suggestion would be to maybe cook them for a bit longer so the dough is cooked through properly? ‍️

They don't cook their pizzas properly. Raw in the middle. I requested all thin and crispy they sent me uncooked classic crust. Then blamed me even though I said in the special instructions for them all to be thin and crispy. Apparently I was meant to call them as well as order online.

Actually. I have had delivery also. I love their pizzas and the service is always great. Lunchtime and Dinner.

I ordered a new yorker meatlovers to find out it was a new yorker hairlover-
there was hair on my pizza and crusty nails in the crust.the hair wasnt even cooked- i low-key vomited when i saw it and im pretty sure there was weed in my garlic breed.this is highly unacceptable and now i have food poisoning

Driver hit my fence and broke part of it and then drove away without saying anything. It was very loud and there's no way they didn't hear it.

Contacted the store after it happened and they said they speak to the driver and call me back.

It's been a few days, no follow up from the store at all. Absolutely careless

I'm yet to find a domino's that does not disappoint me, however this store is on the lower scale of even that.

I am consistently disappointed by this dominos. Even with the ownership change Im still getting poorly cut/uncut pizzas. You can just tell the pizzas are made with no care. Unrelated to this store but relevent to my experience with dominos is the really poor performance of their technology. My last order the cooking tracker did not work at all which resulted in me getting cold pizzas as I didnt know when to leave to go get them

Omg, my partner ordered from here last night and it was the best pizzas I have had in a long time. Cooked perfectly, and perfectly topped. Thankyou so much. Can't fault any of the food we received
