Domino's Pizza Gosnells

Way too slow, I been waiting in car outside over more than 10 minutes, came inside to hoped, pizza would be ready but he haven't even started yet to make, but on LCD screen it's showing pizza is ready, didn't find this shop professional at all.

Very bad customer service and rude staff.

Update: Just bought a peri peri pizza but no peri peri sauce.

Pizza's were made beautifully, Hawaiian and supreme with anchovies, but the delivery driver chose to overlook that our Pizza's were cold on delivery. Once in home they were literally cold. Will order again.

Ever since new owners the quality pizzas have now turned to trash. Thin and crispy base uses wraps or thin pastry and the classic base is like a cheap premade base! I get it you want to cut corners and save money especially in COVID times but if I wanted a frozen pizza I would have gone to coles. This is just sad.

Was a little cold when it arrived, but got a chocolate puff pastry wrap instead of the pepperoni wrap. To sickly for me.
GF Pizza, for hubby, was nice though not cut through.
Will order from here again but will stick to my usual garlic bread next time

As we are in lockdown and having to take away food ect, plus mandatory wearing of masks, Please explain why one of the Male workers was not wearing a mask or gloves?
Customer also walked in without wearing a mask and was not asked to leave or put a mask on. No wonder COVID is spreading.

Plus my order was burnt. Not Happy

Been ordering here for a couple years now.
And notice a few negatives of late since new take over (indian presence)

-smaller large pizzas
-messing up orders / toppings
-burnt edges

my experience at Gosnells dominos has gone from GREAT! To satisfactory in a short time.
Pretty sad.

Will be going elsewhere in the future.

Great service over the phone. Perfectly timed delivery of multiple pizzas to a business premises. A good variety with excellent toppings and taste. A shining example of Dominoes teamwork and professionalism in pizzas.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, value range ham cheese with pineapple and pepperoni pizza delivered at 35$. My house is literally a 3min drive maybe less. Not feeling well and didn't want to risk walking instead which I normally do. My daughter ordered it not thinking much about it until I looked at the receipt. Extreme pricing I believe

The person manning the boxing station doesnt care. Topping sauces missing, pizzas cut badly and sometimes not at all. If you cant keep up put an extra person on the station. Its not that hard!
Papas Pizza will be getting all my business from now on

Quality is highly variable at times very good ant others quite poor. Deals change constantly to the point of changing in a matter of hours. Their deals are often much worse in terms of value than other stored.

To the point of sending a push notification of a deal in the evening and by the time I order a couple of hours later the deal has changed to be worse.

This store does not put the customer first in terms of value.

I ordered cheesy garlic bread and some choc brownies and have been waiting for two hours now I called up 30mins ago asking where it is and was told “I was just about to make that” very disappointed

4 calls before I got a answer, 45min wait on a Wednesday night what a joke I’ll happily drive a hour away to get a pizza next time

Been trying to order for over an houro the app, it refuses to recognise my suburb 'Maddington' they just lost a large sum of money and further customers.

Always the pizzas i've got from there come packed choc full good portion good quality fresh always cooked properly never had a problem with them yet & I probably have had around 50 or more pizzas from them so far!

Pizza was delicious, chicken, bacon. And advocado, had some spicy chicken nugget things were OK but not what they looked like on poster, pizza and nuggets for the size was bit pricey.

Horrible pizza it was dry small and very little topping every time i have ordered from here it has been aweful worst pizza place i have eaten from very dissapointing dominos up ya game customer satisfaction is not here

Worst experience ever I ordered a pizza took 20 minutes then while I was sitting there waiting a Asian man in NBA blue singles with a women and child just loitering told the staff my name on the screen then stole my pizza I paid for then it took then 30 minutes to remake then I asked for bottle of drink for being inconvenienced then told no then my 50 minute pizza then I felt sick and vomited.never again

Poor poor poor highly not recommended I had a avocado and bacon bun, yes bun Iv seen more filling in my tooth. Don't be tricked buy this gosnels store. 12.95 for bread and a Sunday ice cream, that was that small I laughed. 2018 and fulse advertising still exists. Rip off

I olderd at 9: 50 and it came at 10: 37 and this dominos is a wasted of time and money and my food was cold as hell and I rather buy a pizza from the shops and it will tasted so much better then this dominos in gosnells (eww never again) and all I they do is I am sorry but I hear everyone say sorry and you only say sorry when you mean it godly
