Dôme Café - Warwick

Let me tell you why. Perth is a quiet place. On a Sunday morning when you want coffee and breakfast, there arent many places you can confidently go to and know that the doors will be open, the staff will be friendly and your purchase will be satisfied. The ambiance in here is also worth a mention as for writers or business people, it's a great place beyond your office to get things done.

Most Dome stores are good, this one is no exception with the typical Dome menu and friendly staff. I am fussy with my eggs and unfortunately that is the reason this Dome slightly missed out on 5 stars, the poached eggs on the eggs benedict are hit and miss sometimes over cooked, sometimes undercooked, rarely exactly how they should be.

No problem though, the management here is superb, they are quick to handle any problems you may have and genuinely want to resolve any issues they have within the store. I often refuse free food or money back when making a complaint because I want the complaint to be taken seriously and not to be viewed as an attempt to score free meals, however the management didn’t take no for an answer when I had a bad experience and dropped a $50 voucher and one of the most sincere apologies I have ever received st a cafe on me and my wife. Extremely happy with that result and more importantly that in my following visits it was obvious the issues I had were clearly addressed at all levels. 4.5 stars if it was possible.

All ways good food and staff would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good place to eat etc

The steak sandwich we ordered was as tough as old boots and not edible. We weren't the only ones who complained about the steak sandwich.

New favorite place to work or relax. Helpful staff, too. Place just needs a facelift - a bit tired

I’m on a bit of a Dome reviewing spree at the moment (Kingsley is the other favourite). The Warwick Dome has amazingly long trading hours, considering its in a suburban shopping village in Perth! If you’re running a business and need to meet people over coffee; wanting to have a good catchup session with friends; or just want something easy and familiar, Dome is the place There’s free parking, very comfortable seating. (I’m a bit sick of sitting on uncomfortable wooden stools in all the other cafes!)

This Dome is great to isolate yourself and work with plenty of power points or just spend time with family and friends or just chill there before a movie. Good customer service.

The chai latte was the worst I have ever had. Very little flavour (obviously from a premix) and it tasted like they dumped 6 teaspoons of sugar in. So sweet that I couldn't drink it.
