Dôme Café - Warwick

We went in at 1.30pm on a Sunday and there was hardly anyone else there. 40 minutes later we got 2 of our 3 drinks and no meals. Then when our 3rd drink arrived there was no apology or explanation for the wait. Another half hour went by and we got 2 of our 3 meals which were stone cold. We managed to completely finish them before the 3rd meal finally arrived, which was also cold. No customer service and poor quality food. Overall bad experience.

Had the shared platter with my mother, it was a long wait, and when the food arrived, it was over cooked. Like the place, but that hasn't been the only time food wasn't great.

A busy Cafe that can be noisy and while there are staff who are friendly and courteous, many staff are indifferent to the concept of customer service.

Poor service tables were all dirty with dishes all over them we had to clean a table ourselves, we ordered 2 drinks 25 minutes later we went up and asked where our drinks were to find them sitting on the counter with a group of other drinks that hadn’t been brought out to tables. Very poor service

We walked in and it was a packed house, which wasn't an issue. All of the tables had people or dirty dishes on them. We cleared a table for ourselves (including sanitizing) and ordered. Our coffee arrived and it was good. While drinking my coffee and people watching and realised that not one table had been wiped down, not a spray bottle or cloth in sight! 30 - 40 mins later, still no cloth, spray bottle or waffles! Staff were notified and I was issued a refund for the waffles. During these times, cleaning should be a priority!

Usually enjoy meals here however on this day our meals arrived cold (we ordered a hot meal), plates and cutlery were unclean. One plate was covered with the remains of a previous meal, when we complained they took the meal away and after 5 mintutes returned with the same meal which was now cold.
Very disappointing

A consistently great coffee. Decor and seating could do with abit of a freshen up, unfortunately the seats in the booths are showing major wear and tear.

Always a 10 out of 10 experience. Staff are always accommodating and friendly and the seating is always comfortable and relaxing. I love going here for meals or even just a coffee

Went into the Warwick cafe to buy a big breakfast only to find out they have a limited menu so now I need to find somewhere eles to get my breakfast

Seems to follow the guidelines of only 20 people dining but let’s everyone sit there having a good old chat for hours with no care for the people waiting! Can’t drink a takeaway coffee while you wait unless you go stand out in the rain

I was served by Ashlyn, her customer service was absolutely disgusting. She was beyond rude. Would not recommended

The staff are always friendly and accommodating. My partner and I often come in the evenings and although we only get a pot of tea to share between us the staff are always kind and nice about it

Great ambience and feel except staff. Only complaint is the staff are never happy, grunt when u try to talk or say hi. It could be so good and I would go more often if not for that.

Had a steak sandwich that really hit the spot. Really enjoyed it. Even the pot of tea was spot on. Will be going back.

Been going since opened. Staff lovely cheerful, helpful, place clean, lots of magazines, that days newspapers. Food good, only once not good in all those years. Some cakes a little stale. Danish pastries dreadful. Going for dinner tonight Make my milk shakes to order, yummy

We had to clear dishes from our table ourselves before sitting and the table was not wiped.

Must check your take away food！They could not give all ingredients as their menu described. It will be too late if you have already got your place and found it.

I orded the take away food to the beach. When I got there, I found Salmon nicoise salad had no hard -boiled eggs and olivers as their menu described.
Fish Taccs they used potato chips instead of sweat potato.

PS, the service is too slow, it cost me 20min to get it.

The big breakfast isn't even big, its a normal bacon and eggs on toast with microwaved mushrooms and half cooked tomato nothing more. The quality of the food was that bad i didn't even eat any of it, After tasting their once frozen bacon i will never return nor do i recommend this place to anyone.

Pancakes sent out 1 min after I sat down (expecting freshly made) and accompanied with a warm dollop of cream and burnt coffee.

Food aside, it is usually the service that wins me over. Quite lacking and very transactional.

Has a good atmosphere and is quite conveniently located near shopping centre but in a quiet little corner away from the hustle & bustle.

Normally everything is great. I usually order the same thing and am very happy with my avo stack. But yesterday I took friends for lunch and ordered something different. My veggie burger was dry and bland. The bun was not toasted and lacked flavour. The fries were dry and tasteless. Very disappointing.
