Dôme Café - Warwick

Came here 1/01/24 at 2pm, Venue is less then half full, ordered the "big breakfast" and received this.

25min wait on food which is understandable with the amount of customers, but 15 min wait for a lemon lime bitters?

I dont usually leave reviews but to charge $26.45 below meal is a joke.

One piece of bacon has been deep-fried to make it "crispy" the other one was hardly heated up to the point where the fat was still gummy.

The mushrooms where chunky cut field mushrooms (buttons pictured) where not seasoned at all and undercooked/raw.

I asked for ciabatta, I received one slice of sourdough.

The portion size has most definitely shrunk since the last time I've been to dome.

Do better, this is clearly a cook who doesn't wish to try or hasn't been properly shown.

Atmosphere is dome, it's expected.

Barista/bar seemed happy

Some wait staff don't seem happy/approachable.

Sloooowww service explained why the coffee was cold.but strangely even slower service of the apple pie delivered after our coffees
were finished was even colder. Surely the Cafe standards in WA would at least have it served warm and not chilled
Disappointing

Our cake was stale, gave them another chance a week later and muffins were the same An older staff member who I was told is the owner was very rude and said he didn’t believe the customer is right and that we didn’t know what we were talking about. Won’t be returning

The staff were incredibly nice and the service was great. Unfortunately the food was overall not very good compared to some of the other dome franchises, I usually love domes food but left as it didn’t taste the same. I think being more consistent with the other branches would really help improve this issue as the staff were all very kind.

Absolutely love the staff, friendly and very active. Especially this one blonde girl whos voultjaie, I think her name begins with an E. She was so nice to me!

Poor show to be on your phone when there are people to be served. Be on your phone when it's your break.

Came here this morning and waited 45 minutes for extremely watered down pumpkin soup that had no flavour and came with half a slice of bread. Extremely overpriced for the quality of the products.

Absolutely love dining out, however Dome is a little overpriced for what they offer. The drinks we had were great for their price being iced/frappe type drinks, however the food itself was not up to our likings at that price. We ordered fish and chips & a parma, both were not full sized meals with the salad taking up the plate while the mains were almost half the portion of other restaurants. The salad ingredients were also very dry & the lemon for the fish was dry as well. We arrived & ordered before 12pm and our meals were out within 30 minutes, however the lunch rush doesn’t seem to have enough staff to cover the demand of people. Please note both photos are taken during the eating process, however the parma was only double that size & fish is advertised battered and we received crumbed. Will come back, but not in any rush.

Not recommended, it's always very busy, and the cooks are slower than a snail. One hour, wait for breakfast for a family of 4. Terrible service!

Margarita pizza was of very poor quality I think Dome should take pizzas off their menu unless they can produce quality

As a family we used to love going to Dome
Sadly things are going downhill there.
The food is awful, the service is so slow.
We all got sick from eating there on Tuesday.

Very disappointing breakfast. The ciabatta bread was not even toasted. It was like chewing on rubber. The Salmon, eggs Hollandaise sauce were nice. Staffs were friendly.

I can understand busy days, but 45minutes for a big breakfast c'mon.and serving our dishes separately was quite annoying, by the time I had waited for my partners dish mine had gone cold.wont go back for brekky may go back for water as it seems they have plenty of that.

Ordered the Caesar salad and chicken ($19+). Arrived with around five lettuce leaves laid flat on the plate, and a gluggy small mat of bacon, cheese and a few hard pieces of chicken. Really poor quality for the money. And then there were the missed drinks!

Got a little something extra in my drink.cockroach in the bottom of my iced coffee, which I had already drunk. I havent had a drink from here since - just make sure to check the bottom of your cup!

Was a bit early going to meet friends to watch a movie, thought I order a takeaway coffee. Very few customers, stand around for a minute at the counter before being served. Ordered a takeaway iced mocha with an extra shot, shot of what I'm asked, look down order has been taken as iced chocolate, clarify and wait while the staff member checks if they can do that, they come back to tell me they'll allow it but I'll be charged for an extra shot which I say is fine (ofcourse)

3 people behind the counter and it takes over 10 minutes to make my drink, and I think only one other coffee order for someone else in that time.

Might be a good place to eat but I'd suggest not ducking in for takeaway drinks if you have limited time. Oh and don't get the iced mocha, it wasn't very good (maybe the 'espreski' might have been better, they only had printed menu books, no menu board, and I didn't see that page when I tried to quickly flip through before I went to the counter and the staff certainly seemed less knowledge of the menu than I was after my 10 second look)

Waited an hour for a side of avocado. Didn't get it. And that was asking 5 times including going up to kitchen with wait staff twice!

So I ordered a vegetarian lasagne for $19 assuming that it would take up the whole plate and some salad on the side as clearly seen on the menu, what did I get, my lasagne was the size of my palm and the majority of the plate was filled with a forest of salad, and the lasagne was not even all that as the pastry part was undercooked and hard, however i do have to say the staff were nice

Service not too bad but the café isn't very clean and staff take some time to clear dirty cups, etc. Toilets are extremely dirty. One toilet seat in the ladies toilets is very loose, and my friend almost fell off. Needs fixing asap
