Dôme Café - Secret Harbour reviews
56Really good atmosphere and the customer service was on point well done to the team at Dome secret harbour
A tasty meal at a reasonable price, service was quick and efficient with plenty of clean tables to choose from. They accidentally bought us the wrong coffee but quickly fixed this and were apologetic. Personally I miss the crushed lemon ice slushie that used to be available & hope it comes back in time for the warmer months!
Yes the tables are often uncleared as so many are saying. (this definitely needs to be addressed) but the staff especially Lisa and the young man there are so welcoming and you can't go past the salmon eggs holly!
Coffee is definitely average, but food and atmosphere is worth the visit! I wish they would deliver
Lovely service and lovely food, Zoe likes her food her way so a warmed up cake with a filling in the middle wasn't her thing but I'm sure it was still a lovely chocolate cake. My food was lovely too.
Dome secret harbour is always good. I love the atmosphere and staff. Nice enjoyable place to sit. Located close to the shops, hairdressers, butchers. Do your shopping and then reward yourself.
Coffee was cold, staff disinterested, and food was cold and looked like it was cooked an hour earlier
Sometimes on the tough days at work, this is the only café atmosphere that makes life a little bit warmer. The staff are professional and pleasant.
-And the food and ️ is great
Counter service was quick and food was prepared in a jiffy. Bacon was quite oily and could have been crisper. Skinny flat white was ok but maybe heavy on the milk.
I love the dome franchise they have good strong coffee. I love the decor they have which is warm and cosy. They food is pretty good and is handy as it is attached to the Secret harbour shopping centre. So good to go after doing the shopping rounds to relax or good to go for a Sunday breaky.
The roast veg and haloumi salad I ordered was very good except too many chick peas - at least half a tin! And much too little haloumi - only 3 very skinny strips less than 3 mls wide.
I ordered the chicken burger. They should call it the tomato and salad burger, there was only a thin cold slice of chicken and heaps of salad leaves! Disappointed.
What a view from the Dôme at Secret Harbour.
The coffee was great and the staff, enchanting.
Was rly disappointed to see they don’t have almond milk, I cannot drink cows milk and will not ever drink soy. A big franchise like Dome should offer almond milk. Was also charged extra for gluten free bread which came out half the size of normal bread.
A missed opportunity here. The upstairs should have had floor to ceiling windows or a balcony. Even better, it should have been built down by the surf club.
Consistently bad food. Toast is always burnt. Food is always oily and ovwr cooked or near enough raw. Last chance today. Never returning.
The best experience ever. Customer service was second to none.even the chef came out to bring us our breakfast and he was as lovey as the other staff. Such a great start to the day. Thank you so much. 18th January 2918.just so you know who you are
