Dôme Café - Secret Harbour

Food & coffee is as expected from every dome, Nothing fancy. ***Do not EVER expect to sit upstairs. They always have it closed. Short staffed is not the reason at all.

I always have a coffee or a meal in the Dome Secret Harbour when doing my shopping. What I like about the Dome chain is the consistency of food, service and venue. I know that the big breakfast, for example, will be as good no matter which Dome you are in. The coffee is usually very good as well.

I love the Secret Harbour's Dome Cafè. It is welcoming, colourful, and relaxed. A perfect place for my Italian classes. The manager, Bertha, is very professional and helpful. The young Lily is so kind and always smiling. An amazing, customer-oriented staff!

I asked for a blt and it doesn’t even come w tomato relish in the roll and they have put it all over my roll.tomato’s we’re off.lady who took our food was lovely tho

The staff were given a big task as our small group unexpectedly became a very large group. They didn't let it overwhelm them and took it in their stride. I only had a coffee, which was good but others who had food were very happy with it. Thank you.

What can I say, disappointed in the way they work in here.
The food was great, service slow and had alot of tables where not clean or cleaned up.

Good location, coffee is OK but not very strong It's a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Called in for Saturday brunch.
We ordered a coffee, iced latte, a coke and food.
The coffee came out straight away.
Waited some time for the cold drinks.
I walked in to see why they were taking so long. They shouldve been out first.
They were still sitting on the counter.
The food came out not long after but it was warm.
The table next to us was covered in dishes and food. The people who sat there had to do a bit of a clean up
When the young waiter finally came to clear and wipe the table he brushed the smaller food pieces on the ground.
He couldve brought out a tray and collected all the dishes and maybe wiped the table onto his tray.

Tables weren’t clean from previous customers I ordered poached eggs and bacon and it came out cold and sent it back then when it came back again it was till cold so got a refund, staff were not very friendly, management need to sort it out and maybe give the place a good clean too, will not be back there again. 0 stars

Plenty of space in a Sunday lunch time. Good quality for us was great, that's why we keep returning.

Good cafe in a good location. Usually easy to get a table even at busy times but no internet means we wont be back.

Very fresh serving of food, enjoyed the smashed avocado, salmon and poached eggs with spinach.

Booth available, lovely breakfast. Potato Gems substitute for Hash Brown today. Reliable DOME service and menu. Breakfast again.

Food was amazing they were super busy when we had dined in and still got our food reasonably quick which was delicious

Great inclusive place for people with Disabilities, the staff here are awesome and effort goes into their menu.

Dome Secret Harbour - The young staff was fantastic they were very helpful, friendly 9/7/22 it makes us want to come back

Terrible service. Waited around 10 minutes for a take away coffee whilst staff chatted amongst themselves about what they should eat for breakfast amongst other things. Ended up requesting a refund and leaving.

Fish tacos. Fish pieces getting ridiculously small. Coffee not as nice as it used to be. Very watery flat white.

Visited for lunch hoping to use a voucher that we had been given. We're told that we couldn't use voucher due to there computer system being "down" that day. Stayed anyway. I ordered chicken ceasear salad, chicken was so dry I was choking on it - unedible. Partner ordered bacon & egg baguette, bacon was uncooked and to top it off our coffee was cold! Very disappointed, as we usually enjoy a nice meal here. Won't be returning.
