Parking is a joke. No obvious signs to direct you where to park and good luck if you have mobility issues very poor form from a govt dept.

Friendly staff, Normally we want to help but they can't break the law. You can look online for real-time waiting times as well

My pda test was very reasonable, fair and the assessor explained my minor mistakes later. I’d recommend to have a test drive with an instructor before the test.
They do their job and do it well, they only need to be sure that you drive safe.

Does it really pass a driving test in Rockingham? I had three tests and all failed. Facts: nationality, age of the car, not working air conditioning, speed of 53 instead of 50.and so on.really all this is important for passing on a driver's license? (about myself: I am from Russia and have a driving experience of 20 years). I am very disappointed with the system!

Done my PDA test for motorcycle class. My assessor was great. I told him that my English is not very good, and he gave me instruction very clearly. Also the staff member (indonesian lady), she was kind and always smile.

I understand working is stressful but they are kinda sad with their work. Maybe they should try enjoying their work and think positively. My experience was Mehhh~ it was okay. But they’re soo sad tho~

My dad bought a Ute in August last year transferred today he was told he can't register more than one vehicle in his name keep going what a joke on line 10 minutes wait try 3/4 hours

I arrived a couple of minutes before they opened and was in and out in 5 mminute.the staff member who tended to me was happy and helpful.

Sure it is a state government office, and needs more staff, better computers and maybe more indepth information booklets etc.
But the team here are pretty good and do the work required.

Very very rude staff, felt seriously degraded, earliest booking for a PDA test is 3 MONTHS away, unreal, going elsewhere.

The worst place I've ever been in my life, the wait time is longer than a Call to Telstra (1 Hour OR More, just to get a Registration Paper you have to pay $12.10 for) - they have over 15 Counters where people could be attending the 50+ people wanting to do simple transactions within the Centre but only ever have 4 Staff on it seems.

Maybe the government needs to look at employing some of the 98,000+ unemployed at the moment here in WA and create better services for us all!

The staff are also slow at processing transactions, rude, ignorant and make out that you're stupid / scum. Delay work to do as little as possible!

100% #%^sh, another dodgy government department, I'm sure with the increase of car registrations, speed cameras & fines and tax payers money they could employ more staff!

Got my PDA done this morning. Very helpful and Polites staff, Fast service. My assessor, Ben was very friendly, gave very clear instructions, gave feedback on minor mistakes.

I Feel Sorry For The Few Staff That Work There Because Many People In The Very Long Que Get Very Rude.
Shorly There Is Another Way To Reduce The Time We Have To Sit There. For Different Things We Are There For.
I Took My Ticket To Wait To Pay For My Learners Permit And Sat N Waited.
Then I Did My Questions On The Computer
Then Because No One Was On The Info Desk To Collect My Print Out For My Test. We Then Had To Get Another Ticket An Wait Again To Get Our Results Me And Many Others.
So So Many People In There Today
You Have To Bring A Packed Lunch It Takes That Long.
Its Not The Staff Its The System.
Please Help.

They don't deserve one star. Unprofessional staff. Don't know how to talk. They are best in one thing which is they know how to delay your work for no reason. Govt should read these reviews and take some action on staff.

Arrived at 12.20pm to change my SA licence to WA departed at 1.50pm?
There are 15 stations and about 3 people working them with 30 people waiting
The lady that finally served me was great. But.

Contrary to popular belief. The people i dealt with on the phone, and in the department were friendly and helpful.
