56The people who sits have no value for humanity. I requested 3 times to go back to India but was denied. My parents are sick i am the only son and want to stay with them but was denied.
The worst call center service. They have all the information but wouldn't help you, rather tell you to check the website. Now if one have the time to check the website, why would they call?
If I could leave no stars, I would. I called, waited on hold for 15 min. Guy answers and he asked if I had been on the site for this, I said no and went to explain why I didn't find my answer and he said you have to go on the site and hung up. Not giving me any chance. Incredibly rude.
I have rang them up and asked a question about the fee, the Layd on the phone she has said I know the fee but won’t tell u: (sooo rude
I went there to ask about the travel and they gave me number to call. Today, I called the number and the staff said to me I cannot help you and asked me to check the website.
If I can find everything on the website I am not gonna call you.
Try to call this place gives options but not what i need cant get to talk to anyone whats the point of this place.this place needs a big shake up if people there are not happy in the job there or dont know their job leave let someone else do it get out.
My appointment was scheduled for 10: 45 and together with getting my queue number and doing the paperwork it took us 9 minutes and I was out 10: 55am. So I wouldn’t say that Department is slow plus the workers were really nice helpful professional etc.from my experience I give 5/5
Maybe i struck lucky judging from other (s), experiences. Although a little quiet upon the phone, my operator was most polite & helpful.
Visited today for my Citizenship interview. Very punctual, efficient, friendly and helpful. All done in 25 minutes. Great Job - keep it up!
The centre is closed to visitors during Covid-19, but security were really helpful and i received email contact shortly after.
Firstly update your web site.said open Tuesday 9am.only security guards at desk though staff there.
Totally uncompassionate.need urgent exemption to leave due to ill health of father in uk.on line attempt kept saying error with no explanation.
Digusting service.took day at work also.
Would give half star if vould
Im a grandparent helping my daughter here, my visa runs out soon, rang for help the guy was as much use as a chocolate teapot got no help whats ever im scared of not being able to return if my visa expires after 3 months my flight home was cancelled to uk
Depending on which day you visit, depends on the type of service you get, but most of the time it's unhelpful, and they need to change.
I want to know about the affect of the virus on visa application because i apply my visa on fast track and also i have a immi account to know about the status of my application, but every time it will increase the time of my application near about week.
I have never delete with such horrible customer service. They repeat themselves, do not respond to questions, pretend they cannot hear you and yell down the phone. They cannot clearly communicate and each staff member tells me something different! An absolute joke of a department, all I want is some answers to fairly simple questions. I’m told to go online, no answer. I call them, no answers. I walk in, and I’m directed to go online.
Simply the worse service you can possibly get. You go in; they ask you to call. You call, they ask you to go in. I wonder if anyone cares about us; the public
These staff members are so inefficient and lazy. They must be trained to work efficiently and effectively to provide better services. They play with our lives and most importantly these bunch of idiots do not know what they are doing.
I think it's alright if you prepare every documents you need. Show them whatever you have to. Know what's your purpose and questions. Everything went smoothly with me. Staffs are alright too
The customer service is horrible. The staff lady is very rude to customers. Didn’t feel welcome at all. When I asked to borrow a pen to fill out my form, she was very annoyed
I needed to pay the 2nd instalment for my parents contributory visa application (which costs $87,200 and has taken nearly 4 bloody years so far). The payment options are credit / debit cards, paypal or unionpay, none of which would allow me to pay such a large sum of money.
So I went into this office and asked for an alternate payment option. The lady at reception just told me she doesn't know and started looking for a phone number for me to call. I then asked if anyone in this office would know, again the answer is no. At that point I just gave up and walked out. I felt like she just doesn't want to help.
Luckily, after 2 days and various emails and phone calls, I finally got an email from the parents visa team advising me to pay by a bank cheque. So simple, but no idea why they didn't let me know in the first place.
